7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Ruston

There was a long line on a rainy Saturday about 4 pm . The server came to our car was so very friendly especially considering the stormy rain she was standing in with only a hoodie. She was very prompt and helpful with our order. She deserves a five star rating. However, the black girl at the pick up window was neither friendly nor helpful. She gets a two star rating. If she is in a position to face people she needs a more serving, friendly personality. Especially as she represents how everyone perceives this business when they pull up to her. Sad representation that day. Our three coffees were good as usual. So it gets five stars. Don't think i will stop at this location again for awhile. Can't recommend it for "service" . But can...

We asked the person taking our order if they could make an americano (espresso with hot water) and she said "of course" so that is what my husband ordered with raw sugar added. At the window, he received a "house blend" drip coffee, definitely not an espresso drink. We didn't realize until we were back on the road, so we couldn't go back. There was also part of the paper wrapper from the raw sugar left in his drink.

I ordered a Blondie and it was fine for what it was. If you like Dunkin' coffee, this place is for you.

When I came through the other day it was jam packed. The employees seemed stressed but stayed kind to me. One girl was taking my Order and was super friendly then another girl who I believe was the assistant manager came up and interrupted her and me. My drink so good, but from the few min I was there it seemed like she treated me and her fellow employees badly. Afterwards I could tell the girl taking my order felt bad and uncomfortable with what just happened since she continued to apologize for the awkwardness...
