That Natalie..Nicole whatever her name is-the woman the manager is absolutely the worst person to be manager. I spend a major amount of money in there constantly, Michaels is my favorite store to go to. However, her attitude is out of pocket and unacceptable. She is flat out rude to anyone and everyone. She also has followed me in the store and when I asked about it, she said "I'm just keeping an eye on you, we've had some thefts lately" and I told her off. But like ummm..that justifies you to follow me around? No. I'm gonna stop shopping at this location. You wonder why you have no customers ever? Cuz the manager doesn't know any bit of customer service. Obviously I'm not the only one with an issue with her. Hell, her ex employees hate her and how she treats them. She puts everyone of em through ungodly conditions that is absolutely unreasonable, making them work hours after close just to finish out truck is unrea. Everything about this place is terrible, especially the customer service in there apart from the cute little blonde girl (couldn't catch her name but she's fairly little maybe 4'11?) sweetest girl there is. Bright as day smile with a good sense of pride, she shows what customer service SHOULD be. I'm honestly disappointed in how this whole store has come down to. It used to be amazing and friendly and the place to go. But now? I'm surprised it's still up and running.    Read moreUpdate 6/28/2022: Was picking up a painting I'd left for framing. There was no one at the framing desk. I pushed the button a few times, but no on came. So I wandered around until I found an employee going into the stockroom. To my surprise, she said she could help me and did. I thanked her very much because she transformed a budding disappointment into a positive experience. So nothing much has changed at Michael's. The people make the difference. These stores are pretty much the same. They are worth patronizing when what you need is on sale or discounted. That's what got me in there. Checked out the framing of an original watercolor. Afterppointment the sale discount, the framing would be over $250. For that much, I could purchase another decent watercolor, probably already nicely framed. I will add that the person who assist selecting frames I did purchase for framing that I would do myself was very helpful and patient. Given the similarity of these stores, the difference would be the quality of the assistance available. By that measure, I was happy with my visit...
   Read moreIts unfortunate that I have to rate this store one star in an effort to get corporates attn. I love the employees at this store. I own a large childcare program and frequent this location. Its the only Michaels within miles and the staff is very helpful.. However..this store is freezing ..when I say its cold its not only unheated but in some parts of the store its blowing cold air!! Its below zero out. Their cashier had blue fingers. She was freezing..she kept rubbing her hands together. I asked her why wont they turn up the heat..she said corporate controls it. Well turn it up. It's allllllways freeezing .. I wld have stayed a little longer and spent a little more. Goodness from one employer to the next stop...
