It's fast food. We don't expect much. But customer service should be expected at any business. I totally understand that for young people, this is a training process. Training is management responsibility. There is a young lady that has been working there for a few months now. She could use some extra training. She worked the drive thru window on our last visit. She told be the amount I owed. I gave her my card, and a moment later she shoved it back at me without a word. A few minutes later, she opened the window again and shoved (not handed) a bag at me and closed the window. No thank you, or anything. My husband and I just looked at each other and drove away.
That being said, on a different visit I had this same young lady. I had ordered a coffee with cream. I watched her make it. When she handed it to me (no she didn't shoved it on this occasion) thier was no cream. So I asked again. Could I please get 2 creams for that. She looked puzzled at me and said "you mean two shots of cream?" I said "yes please". The employee then heavily sighed, dropped her shoulders and rolled her eyes. I told her nevermind and drove away.
Usually, we don't have this young lady when we go to this location and everyone else is pleasant.
The food, well it's taco bell. Not gourmet. It's as good as it can be with what the company gives the staff...
Read moreI just want to say that I love Taco Bell. We live in Boston & while visiting Vermont, we figured we would mobile order some Taco Bell for some quick yummy food. My boyfriend went inside to pick it up, got to the counter, & they told him “sorry, you need to pick it up by going through the drive thru.” We thought it was weird but we’re easy going, so we figured, ok, whatever, we’ll do it for Taco Bell. We waiting in a HUGE line, pulled up to the order window, & they said that they didn’t have our order. They told us to pull up to the window and they would refund us. When we got to the window, we showed them our receipt on my phone and they said that because the order wasn’t in their system, there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t even make us our food even though we had the valid receipt RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. now we are out $30 and have a bad taste in our mouth about Taco Bell which makes be sad bc...
Read moreHave tried several times to get food here later at night after 9pm. They are almost always closed due to short staffing or systems. It seems odd but not knowing all what goes into the job I can't really criticize. What I do hope is that they raise their minimum wage and hire more help for this location. Saying only that "no one wants to work" really doesn't seem like a fair representation of the state of things right now.. There are other food service jobs in the area paying more from what I've heard. The McDonald's down the street manages to stay open 24/7. I think this taco bell needs a big change to support existing employees and motivate for quality hiring. For the food service workers, the times we have gone and they are open they have been extremely polite most of the time and handled themselves well so this isn't a complaint regarding them. Just opinion and feedback for...
