We’ve attended KidStrong for 6 months and appreciate their patient and playful coaches, who maintain a positive attitude even when kids don’t always listen.
Previously, we visited a gymnastics center that used a reward and punishment system, giving only 1 sticker instead of 2 if a child didn’t follow instructions perfectly. This approach felt excessive and unkind for toddlers.
At KidStrong, I value their use of positive reinforcement and their great attitude, understanding that occasional lapses in behavior are normal for children under 4. Additionally, I appreciate that they allow parents to participate with their children even after they turn 3, unlike other centers that push kids to practice independently at that age. This supportive and inclusive approach has been beneficial, especially since my child wasn’t ready to attend a class without a parent yet.

Read moreMy son is autistic and the coaches have been amazing about helping him grow. They never exclude him, even when it would be easier to skip over him, and they celebrate his growth with us. He’s come so far since joining!
Update 7/27/25 - we have now been coming weekly since June 2023!

I’m thrilled we found KidStrong and know it’s been a big part of my son’s overall growth. He is now getting ready to start kindergarten and will be enrolled in general education rather than special education classroom. I have no doubt his experience at KidStrong has been a big part of his ability to function in that more neuro typical...
Read moreOur kiddo has been attending KidStrong once a week for about 2 months now and it’s been nothing short of an amazing experience. We are enrolled in the 4-6 year old class right now which is the perfect amount of challenge and skillset for our nearly 4 year old. We’re super happy with the curriculum & classes, how engaged the coaches are and how attentive and supportive the staff is all around. It’s also a nice, clean facility. Our only regret is that we didn’t start KidStrong sooner with our kiddo. Every week we leave feeling so satisfied that our money is being well spent, our kid absolutely has the best time and we can’t wait to continue to watch him excel each week. 10/10 highly recommend for all kiddos. Such a special environment and we’re grateful for...
