Bro I seriously can’t make this up, literally in no way, shape, or form did I get my basic combo order correct through the drive thru. Literally a #1 combo with no tomato’s, and I get THIS 💀
The cashier who rang up the order is named on the receipt, and they were extremely rush-ful with the ordering process & was talking way too fast trying to cut off what I was wanting to say to edit the order & kept trying to end the order because it seems like he just doesn’t want to do any more work than he has to & a previous time I’ve encountered them, it was the same situation, but I didn't think much of it & kept on with my day. But you really can’t be serious with how horrible of a choice it is to put someone like that to interact with customers consistently & expect to have customers expressing “good service”. Everyone else seemed nice, but the order was extremely wrong & they didn’t even follow the actual order that was on the screen for them & added bacon to my burger & left the tomato that I tried to request to be removed & also added cheese when I didn’t want it, & it’s genuinely the most ridiculous mistake I’ve ever seen any grown man in a drive thru make.
Nobody else could care less about how bad your day is to be quite frank unfortunately, so don’t let it out on people, especially in a job you CLEARLY don’t want & CLEARLY can’t handle. There’s no reason to project your little tantrums onto people who don’t know you. I’ve seen kids in lemonade stands give better customer service than this guy. Please refrain from interacting with this dude.
They also didn’t charge us correctly, but I suppose that’s another fault of the little angry...

I can tolerate that there was a mistake on my order today but when I have to park my car, get out and go inside to correct it I expect courtesy and acknowledgement. As I stood at the end of the counter a young man walked past me to wait on a customer who came in after me. He had looked at me in the eyes but didn't say a word, no smile, nothing as I held up two burgers. When he finished helping the customer he turned and looked at me again. I was expecting service surely at this point but he walked to the back where others were cooking. He paced back and forth, looking at me. I wanted to speak up but was trying to be patient also. After some time a gentleman walked from the food prep area to deliver an order to a table customer. He saw the burgers I was holding and did ask what I needed. I told him, he took the burgers and took them to the back, but his next words were spoken with a little rudeness in his tone like it's was trouble for them because they have to do the burgers again. I had glances from two other employees but was never greeted and never saw a smile. As I've been in the retail industry most of my life I can say that good customer service is paramount! Walking up to the cash register I noticed his eyes facing two different directions I don’t know what he was signaling to me but I know he had good intentions. But so did I🥴. As I stood there I looked up at him his face was facing mine confident as ever. But his eyes, slowly and slowly wandering off as I wandered into his I knew right then and there he was the man of my dreams.
