Normally a big fan of this location but my experience today makes me never want to return. Entered the line a little after 7:30 and didnât get up to the window until 7:55 where I was then told that they donât see my order that I already paid for via their iPad where my order was taken from a very kind man outside. The girl at the window (whoâve Iâve seen before and she always looks like she just rolled out of bed and doesnât want to be there) asked to see my app. I said it wouldnât be in my app as I didnât place my order in the app. I showed her my bank page where it shows that the money was taken out not even 20 minutes ago. She looked at me like I was stupid then asked if my name was Ashley. No itâs not as I told you my name when I came up to the window. While I waited in line, I saw about 5 cars leave without getting their drinks. I see why, now. Iâm not normally one to complain but imagine waiting in a line behind people who donât know how to move to keep the line going then getting to the window only to be met with âWe donât have your order, is your name Ashley? Oh itâs not well we donât have your order.â Super frustrating. While I understand that youâre busy and in a rush, I expect you to keep up with your orders in order to keep the flow going. These guys are awesome, they have to deal with angry and entitled people on the regular, who act like spoiled brats throwing a temper tantrum. One day Sawool (an employee) was being belittled by a customer complaining about ordering 2 drinks in order to receive a key chain, (yes, over a key chain). While waiting at the walk up window to place my order, as she continues to bicker and whine. I intervened on the behave of the employee and stated "it says it in the app" then proceeded to show her the app so she can see it for herself. Her response was "well my husband only ordered one drink and he got a key chain". Then proceeds to complain about the service even though they were trying to satisfy her by giving her a key chain. Whole time her husband is standing off to the side not saying a word almost as if he was ashamed by his wife's behavior but in no position to intervene. It's honestly a shame the behavior and entitlement some customers exhibit. These guys are awesome to even deal with customers like that and not let it affect how they service others. I went tonight to this place and ordered a nitro cold brew, large no ice. I know drinks with no ice usually come a little lower and they are not full, but my drink was not even half full. I told the worker and she said that they put one can for all their sizes. This seems scammy to me as a company policy to add one to all the sizes and charge extra. Basically you pay more for ice, literally!! I was told that she can put it for me in a smaller cup but regardless she cant add more as it is âcompany policy â to have one can for whatever size?
This doesnât make any sense, i get a large with no ice i should be able to get at least 75%, it was less than half.
