I have been a hallmark rewards and keepsake member for years and loved this particular location. Nathan was the manager, knew his customers by name and was always super helpful.

The last year the customer service has been less than ideal and this evening was by far the worst. I went in about 20 minutes before closing knowing exactly what I needed and was “greeted” with an attitude. My 3 year old nephew exclaimed that he needed to use the restroom and was told we had to go to Kroger when I know exactly where the restroom is in the store. The other adult that was with me took him to Kroger while I got what I needed. Another young lady came creeping around the corner looking at me like I was criminal. I had about $70 worth or products in my hands and was about to go to the register but decided to put it all back and leave.

This is my favorite Hallmark in DFW and I've been to just about all of them. It's the closest one to my house, which is definitely convenient, but it also employs the friendliest people. The British guy who is the manager (whose name is escaping me right now), is the best. I swear he lives in the back, because he's always there. He's extremely helpful and a joy to talk to as well. Associate Kaitlyn is equally as helpful and wonderful, as are all of the employees I've had to pleasure of interacting with there. They're always welcoming and accommodating. Since I already have enough cards and Christmas wrapping and decor to open my own Hallmark store, I don't go there as often as I used to, but when I do, it's like meeting up with an old friend. The store is always cleaned and well-stocked, and they have nice clearance selection. Plus, they're right next door to Kroger, so I can kill two birds...

The best part of this Hallmark store is the STAFF! Nathan is outstanding, and Jennifer is the sweetest. Knowing that I'm on their "list" of people to call when the Dream Book arrives or when something geeky is coming up is that stellar, above-and-beyond service that wins customer loyalty. The selection of gifts as well as cards is nothing short of dangerous, and I LOVE the preponderance of Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, and other nerdy merch and cards. This is Geek Hallmark with true concierge service; if I walk in with barely a vague idea and not a lot of time, all Nathan needs is that vague idea and he'll take me to the perfect thing. Seriously, I cannot say enough good about this store...
