I bought furniture here end of November 2023. I was told it was zero percent finance for 12 months. I found out it wasn’t true so I called Snap finance they told me we can offer you one time settlement I agreed to it then they pick I need wait since there was a pending payment. Every time I call I get brushed off here seating August now they want 690 extra on top of all the extra payments I have already paid I have paid over what the amount was borrowed. I called expo furniture to see if they can help me since I was mislead by there salesperson. The manager they have is extremely rude no help on top of all that he keeps hanging up on me. Some of the furnitures are already following apart. I am going take further action see I can do. I will not send anyone else there is place is a highway robbery thieves rude customer service. NEVER EVER GO HERE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE

Calling and talking to a live person went well, but I was given markedly different quotes on the furniture from two representatives of the same store. I picked the lower one, which the store did honor. Upon delivery, they showed up at my house with no call or text, which I explicitly asked for since it was a 5 hour window. One of the pieces was damaged so I had a new one delivered. No text or call AGAIN. The second delivery team was awful. One of the men made jokes at my expense, treated me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I’d purchased, and was completely useless. I held the door open for the one carrying my furniture, and they couldn’t even plug in the nightstand despite the plug being next to it. The useless one treated the store’s miscommunication like it was my fault, got his necessary photo and signature, and left. Good riddance.

Read moreI purchased 4 bar stools in July because my mom and I purchased a new build in Rancho Cordova. The barstools were delivered already assembled. It's only the two of us, after a couple of months 2 of the stools became wobbly some son tightened the screws. Mind you, we barely sat in them my grandkids sat in them when they visited. On Thanksgiving we had family over and my male cousin was sitting in one of stools, he leaned back and the stool cracked and the back nearly fell off. Today is finally had time to take the stools back, but was told they couldn't replace or refund us because it was past 90 days. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy because if a barstool doesn't last over 5 months without wood splitting then it's cheaply built, and for the store to brush it off that quickly let you know the furniture is cheap.
