I made an appt for a simple style, i arrived on time all doors were locked waited on the side of the building for the braider eventually had to go back to the main store again and again to the side building. Braider was quiet but wasn't unfriendly, she asked for my input before finishing which I liked. I paid the asking price and tipped the stylist...when I got home and looked at the back of my head half of my hair was sticking out...i tried to shove the hair back in the braid,but by Wednesday (after getting it braided on Monday) the style was a complete frizzy mess. I called the store and the owner seemed apologetic, he asked for pictures (i did send) and he offered a refund..I just wanted it redone and since it was a cheap style, I was going to repay. I rescheduled for Friday (called on Wednesday for reschedule)...by Friday afternoon I called to move up the appt. time, the owner said he hasn't heard from his braider all day...i called 2 times after that and he still hasn't heard from his stylist and he kept reassuring he'd call back..I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS "SALON" IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK THAT LASTS FOR MORE THAN 1 DAY!! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD ESPECIALLY DEALING WITH AN ACTUAL STORE AND NOT A BRAIDER WORKING OUT OF THEIR RESIDENCE!!!...

I went here to buy a flag, the front door was blocked off by a sign, locked and a tapestry covered the window. So I went around to the salon side and a woman was standing there, she cracked the door open and I said, "hi, I'd like to by a flag." She gestures to go around to the front. I walk back to the front of the shop and wait, and wait, and wait..... And wait. The store is dark when I peak inside and racks are in the walk way. Okay, I wait some more, I ring the doorbell, nothing. I ring the doorbell again. Nothing. I guess I'm not buying a flag from this place dispite the one I want hanging up just 2 feet away from me. If you are in need of a Palestinian flag might I suggest flagworks in...

Unfortunately it was not what we expected, it was a Friday evening my brother called ahead of time. The guy on the phone said yes come on in no appt needed we can get you in. We drove all the way from citrus heights. We got there door was open we walked in but nobody was there. 5 mins later we called the guys he said that the lady went to the store that she would be right back.... about 25 mins later still nothing. So we left!! I will never go back there...
