I preordered a custom DQ cake based upon the goodbye youth cakes I have been seeing online. We really wanted one for the upcoming birthday. I knew when ordering the cake that it wouldn't be anything fancy, it would be very basic. But I thought by requesting a "dark theme" that it would be relatively okay. When I was asking about colors, I was advised that black didn't work correctly and told that I shouldn't use it. The colors that were eventually decided on we're brown, red, and white. I asked for red flowers with white trim and was told they could use brown to stand in for the black. I knew I wasn't getting exactly the colors I wanted for the cake but was assured when I asked if the cake would be dark, that it would be. I even suggested adding a tombstone shape for the border to write in. At pick up I knew I would be okay if the cake wasn't perfect or didn't have all the details we talked about. Again, I knew it was going to be a basic cake. But I was absolutely riding on my hopes of having a dark cake to fit the theme even if it was just brown with writing. This is what I told myself. I was so embarrassed and completely heart broken when I picked up the most cheerful looking cake I have ever seen. It was brightly colored with sprinkles and had barely any brown in it. It wasn't dark at all! I told my friend about my it, and we both agreed that the local grocery store would have at least got the colors right for half the price. Needless to say, we had to spend additional money last minute to fix the colors with cake spray. The cake was delicious, so I will give them that. So, if flavor matters, they can definitely deliver. It was just really depressing that the detail we cared about most...

If I could give a negative stars I would. I spent $32 and for my order to be cold and incorrect. Last time was the same issued and I complained and litterally no type of resolution. I asked for a cheeseburger no pickles, onions amd lettuce and I received a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and ONIONS. My sons favorite part of a cheeseburger is the tomatoes which it was missing. Then the chicken strips we recieved were broken off and small. I asked the cashier at the window if my fries were freshed I ordered 5 meals and it was packed by the time I got to the window and she said yes everything just came up. I live literally a 6min car ride away and my food and fries were cold...ugh... This place is soo disappointing. I came back tonight because my daughter wanted it for her birthday treat but I was better off just staying home. I called to complain lady said to bring my food back to get remade or a refund. After i literally told her my 4 children and myself just unloaded from the car and our food was messed up and I cant load them up to drive back and they ate half the food my son refuses to eat his cheeseburger because of the onions. She didnt even offer to come back another day to get something for free or at least a discount. I didnt even received enough straws for my drinks. This is so annoying it sucks my kids just likes this place for the ice cream and its nearby. They need to get it together too much money to waste on food that was...

Horrible! ATTENTION HEALTH INSPECTOR!! I never thought I'd see a hamburger be fully made and wrapped... and then tossed into the MICROWAVE?!?!?!?!?! My husband and I thought to grab lunch here,.. Bad mistake. The place was dirty, tables still unattended to, trash not taken out,.. you name it.. and the bathroom... even worse. It's like they forgot they actually had a bathroom. The cashier was not smiling, she did not up sale and was not happy to take our order. Then she disappeared into the back. We watched as our food was being prepared and I was abhorred. The buns were placed in the microwave for a few seconds.. then they were placed on a DIRTY cutting board . The sandwich maker WAS NOT wearing gloves while making the order. He then wrapped everything up and put all the food into a box, closed it.. and BACK into the Microwave it went.

We asked for a refund for everything ... You can keep your nasty food and horrible customer service. I'm sure the Heath Inspector will be in soon after reading this review! DQ needs to do something about management at...
