I guess I should start by saying I am already a fan of the Pete's brewhouse chain of restaurants, so I guess it could seem like I am a little biased. However, if anything, I would say I hold them up to a higher standard already, since I know what they should be capable of delivering! That being said - I was not at all disappointed! The service was fantastic from the time we were seated until the time we walked out the door. I believe our server's name was Bianca, but it's been about a week since my last visit, so I'm not 100% certain. Either way, she was great! She was cheerful, helpful, and prompt. She checked on us, but didn't stop by too much. She even interacted well with my 9 year old niece, reading the conversation to see that she wanted to be treated more as a "grown up" than a little kid, which pleased her! I would be happy to sit in her section again! The food here was excellent! I came with some family, and we got: a hot pastrami sandwich with fries, the Chicken Parmesan (2 ways), and my absolute favorite dish, the chicken gorgonzola bowtie pasta with garlic cheese bread. We also shared some fried artichoke hearts, and mozzarella sticks. •Cheese sticks were good, pretty much what you would expect. •The artichoke hearts were delicious, served with melted butter and some kind of herb mayo for dipping. Amazing fresh, but definitely eat them there because they don't keep or reheat particularly well. •The pastrami has always been one of my go to orders here, and it was just as tasty as ever, with a little kick from the horseradish they put on it! Fries were fresh, hot and crispy. • I guess I didn't previously realize that the chicken Parmesan came with half red sauce, and half white sauce (side by side) both were tasty, but I preferred the red, the white was good, but not the flavor I normally expect from this dish. •and last, but certainly not least - the chicken gorgonzola bowtie pasta was amazing, as usual. A lot of times, gorgonzola sauce can become overpowering, but not this one! Very nice balance of flavors with a delicious gorg flavor, but it didnt take over. And the garlic cheese bread is sooo good, whether just by itself or dipped in one of the pasta sauces. I highly...

recieved a order an hour late due to their mistake on not reading order correctly. one waitress says it's on the house, but another waitress took it back and added the charge, (even though our whole party was done eating and ready to go) the food was fresh but we was leaving and those that did order it wasn't really interested until we was told it was free. (The real one was the waitress that was cool to let it be free, but waitress Bianca took it back)
We straightened it out they kindly took it back and took off the charge for it. Yet couldn't admit it was their mistake for misinterpreting the order.
Not being notified a automatic gratitude charge (15% tip) would be added. It set back my mindset of paying.
Waitress states "other restaurants do this as well" (I had no clue, which is why I asked) At this location from what she states "this location adds gratitude for party's 8+" we asked for receipts to be separated for individual pay, but she stated "we can't break it in multiple receipts but we can split pay 4 different ways for the 1 receipt if youd like to add more on the tip you can" which is what had me believe she wanted to keep it on 1 receipts to guarantee the gratitude.
WHICH MEANS 7 parties or less don't get forced to pay gratitude. 😁😘
The more you know.
I wonder if the waitress was lying or will honor this statement. Let me know if she stretched the truth on me to benefit more...
