We went for lunch as soon as they opened the door at 1100 am. There was no food everything was still being cooked. After some time they started to bring out the food. Seems to me if you open the door the food should be out and ready. The food was ok but not the best I have had.
Update: I went back and this is the update. Theresa and I went to the restaurant last week. When we walked in we were not greeted by the front staff. She was very cold and not friendly. Read moreThis is my go-to place for Filipino food in the area. Even if there aren't many choices (2 really), this one is "turo-turo" (cooked and ready) style which I prefer.
The dishes here are fresh and delicious. My favorites so far are: lechon kawali and pinakbet. The inside is a typical cafeteria atmosphere, so don't expect to bring your dates here.
My only critique is with the price. Let's just say it's not exactly "turo-turo" pricing. However, in this economy I am sure it's substantiated but other Asian cuisines, especially Chinese food in the area, seem to be better...
