No screens on several windows, and a VERY corporate and inflexible management team. Sure, they'll be right on time to do home inspections, but if you tell them about a specific problem they make you submit a work order.

The particular manager that came during the inspection this time was stiff, unaccommodating, disrespectful, eager to be done with her job. She constantly rushed the repair tech during his inspection, saying "are we good to go yet?" And when told that I wasn't the housemate that signed the notice to enter the dwelling because I had been away for nearly a week, she basically gave me a "too bad so sad" speech. When asked if I could be extended a courtesy in the future, she shut me down with a grade-school teacher response. "if I had to do it for you, I would have to do it for everyone."

Realistically, the world is not black and white but it is to this person, who would rather follow the code to the letter at the expense of customer service. Yes, tenants ARE customers, and any other service you would spend almost $2000 a month for, you would demand better...

Honestly I can’t complain , been residing here for some time now , besides the ongoing projects , haven’t had any issues with my place besides the usual , nice environment and safe place to live . Management is considerate , although things changed over the years , the new management is very precise and urgent when it comes to things needing to be done , especially Amari in management she has been very helpful and understanding when it comes to everyday living. Really hope she stays in management it’s rare we come across excellent management of properties ....

I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. The office staff, Katrina and Amari, have been consistently professional, efficient, and friendly. They respond quickly to any concerns or issues, which I truly appreciate. The maintenance team— Mike, and Gary—are fantastic as well. Any problems I’ve had were handled promptly and thoroughly.
