Very inconsiderate staff. I asked for modifications that cost zero extra charge to a DoorDash order. The employee refused to do a simple task as to add extra ice and extra oatmilk. It’s in the little things that will make customers return and tip generously. I’ve worked as a barista years ago and being just a bit more accommodating really was rewarding in more ways than just getting good tips. The amount of time it takes to explain why you can’t do something usually takes triple the amount of time of just doing a reasonable request. It saves time , gains a returning customer , gets everyone more tips to split , and it’s just good vibes all around. I had stopped buying Starbucks but out of convenience I had no other choice but to get coffee here two days ago and that’s why I tried again because of how pleasant and employee was , my drink was made perfectly, and I was like ok I’ll return . That must not be common customer service here and inconsistent so back to Peete’s I go even if it’s out my way I get better customer service quality there and I prefer their coffee anyways . Read moreI am a frequent customer of this location, usually through the mobile app. So far there had been no issues with picking up my order. Until today. My drink was obviously made with less espresso than I paid for. I ordered the same drink yesterday so of course I can notice the difference. I asked my coworker if she can return to the location and ask for a remake, and she was greeted with an attitude by the woman at the cash register stating the drink had no issues. I was so shocked I had to call to ask the name of the rude barista(s) who my coworker had encountered. Shelly, the supervisor, said she had no idea who made the drink although she just said she watched the whole interaction? Maybe it’s the just the people on the shift today, but beware they definitely need more customer service training. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo of the first drink I received because I did not think I would have to write this review! Read moreI visit this store all the time. Always great service. Good drinks. The store is busy and always clean. Seem to get the best service from older workers. Last night I was very disappointed..it was close to closing. At least an hour before...There were 4 workers in the front area ...stocking, cleaning etc. I didn't get a greet as I walked in, I stood at the counter for over 5 mins..before someone..looked my way.. they all kinda looked at each other..as if deciding who was gonna help me...while snickering..as if it was funny ..that I was left standing there...finally I was able to place my order.. the suger was put a way...so i asked for sugar .it seemed like a bother..I could tell..I paid cash...cause if they would have shoved that tip option in my face... I would have had to say something...that would had been...as they say...the tip of the iceburg...not one of them deserved a tip. ... this happened last night...
