Good for what it is. If you need cheap, affordable tools for ocasional or disposalable use this is the place. Some tools are good quality and can last a while, others are of lesser quality. This all good as long hou realise this. I have many tools from here. Many are speciality tools that i use ocasionally and buying them from here was more affordable than even renting a tool. A few tools are hidden gems. Some tools will hold their own against big name brands. Knowing what tools fall into what category is the key to getting value out of this business. Very clean and organized store and aisles are well marked. Staff is helpful, but not in your face, which is perfect for me. Prices are very good, and a floor model is usually given a discount without asking. Help is available for larger items to be taken from the store to your car.

The only thing I would ask is they use English and Spanish on each side of the sign. For example, if I'm going towards the back of the store, the signs are in English only, but going to the front of the store, the signs are in Spanish only. 4 times I’ve been in this store to buy something and not once have they had what I needed. They had it on display but that’s it. Why display it if you’re not going to carry it in stock? I’m pretty sure they’re back room is empty because every time they check it’s the same answer “sorry we don’t have it but we can order it for you”.
