I placed a mobile order well in advance at 12:30AM for a pick up time of 2pm, giving plenty of time to fulfill that order once the store opened knowing it is newly opened. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately welcomed with âWe arenât taking anymore orders only on doordashâ there wasnât a welcome or even a hello. Once I got to the counter, my order wasnât filled even though I arrived after 2pm. Then was told they couldnât complete my order because they didnât have the cake. When I said I placed the order well in advance, a gentlemen at the other register replied with âwell there isnât anything we can do, I filled other orders firstâ I wasnât happy with the way I was talked to. I understand the store is freshly opened and they have a lot of orders but running out of an item when I placed the order well before the store even opened and well before they even started baking for the store. Why are the orders not fulfilled in order received? Whatâs the point of placing an order in advance just to be told items out nothing they can do. Not to mention the man was rude about it. I even gave a $8 tip for the order, for me to arrive at the store immediately tried to be forced out with the lady saying she wasnât taking anymore orders and then met with items in your order are not available and nothing we can do about it. The fact I was told other orders were filled before mine and there was nothing they could do about it, is unacceptable. I donât think I will be returning and I have definitely learned my lesson on tipping going forward. And half the damn cookies I did receive were raw...
Read moreVery unhappy with the saginaw location... I ordered a cookie off the app, followed directions per app, showed up to the store at 3:50pm, clicked "im here". There were atleast 7 people in the small lobby, I waited 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break for one cookie! The girl who handed me my cookie, rudely asked if it looked ok... I said yes with a smile. Then this girl had the audacity to tell me "next time you should tip" and walked back into the kitchen. The counters were covered in cookie crumbs, even the display... which should have a glass case over it. The floors were covered in flour and looked like oil which clumped up the flour, there were foot prints in it.... nothing but young kids with very rude attitudes. There were other customers who had been waiting for 45 minutes! And why are you always out of stock? Don't you make cookies all day? Also can you please tell the girl with the really long eye lashes that were half way off her eyes to please learn how to properly apply them?? Or take them off? Not very sanitary. Could you imagine a customer ordering a cookie/s and there's an eye lash on it??? That's traumatizing lol... I also work customer service and the management needs to Crack the whip on how rude there...
Read morePre-ordered cookies last night went to pick them up tonight after work. Stood there for almost an hour before we could get any worker to even acknowledge our existence to let us know that all the people that came and went in the line off the street that just bought cookies and the a catering order sold out all the cookies. Leaving people to wait for almost an hour when you know they are not getting what they already paid for is bad business. The fact that they sell the cookies that are meant for pre-orders to people that just walk in and don't pre-order. If you're making cookies from scratch at all times how do you sell out? How do you have a catering order and be prepared for that unless they lied to me and just took their retail cookies and said screw everyone else. And if that's the case the. You need to look at your store management. I will make sure I tell everyone I know how this store is ran and not to go here because they don't care about their customers. They care about money over customer...
