I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. My husband travelled 40 minutes to use this location and so glad we did. When I called I knew what I was looking for and was directed to Justin, I told hi that I needed a stackable electric washer dryer unit, I was looking to keep my expense as low as possible either pre leased or a scratch and dent. He had a pre leased model, with a great price, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I explained I needed to talk to my husband when he got out of work if it was possible to hold it until the end of the business day, he said absolutely and when I called back to say we wanted it and explained our distance he even offered to stay later than closing if we needed the time. Everyone I talk to was polite and helpful, the product we bought met our standards. I was nervous to call rent to own places and got a lot of what I was expecting but Aaron's never treated us anything...

Very disappointed in the customer service!!! Waited a whole week for a washer and dryer called aarons at 10:08 this morning to confirm delivery time for today between 3-5 pm we were gone from 11:30-12:15 and Aaron's tried to deliver with no phone call or anything! When calling the store we were hung up on several times! Do NOT do business here!!!!!! Also after waiting a week for said washer or dryer they wanted a full payment 10 days later! Shadiest...

This company straight up harasses you if you’re late on a payment. Will come every single day of the week, and bang on the door and call multiple times. Even after discussing it with the store that he took a pay cut, and still is managing to make payments, they continually harass people. Will be looking towards submitting a complaint for harassment with a federal agency here soon if the harassment...
