Nuechterlein's Watch and Clock Shop — Local services in Saginaw

Reader beware: took a watch here and after months called to find out the status of the repair. I was told it hadn’t been started on but he would get to it right away. I was called a couple days later and told that it was complete. I noticed after receiving the watch that it was acting the same as when I dropped it off but because of the lack of communication and long time in service just gave up on using this place. Recently took that watch to another repair facility and explained what was done to it and was told that this watch is very dirty, it was not serviced. I believe I was charged for a service that was never done after they had had my watch for months. I would never recommend this place and would rather drive 2 hours each way to have my watches serviced quickly...

My wife and I took an older 14kt wind up woman's watch into the store and asked if he could look at the watch he said "it's worth nothing and no one wants it " a second time I went into the store with a 35 year old wind up Hamilton clock that still worked and before I got to the counter he was making rude comments about my clock saying it's junk throw it away it's worthless.
