I have been coming here since the opening about once a week or so. I live in Rio Rico and this is the closest dispensary. I will no longer use this dispensary because although there are some super friendly employees, some of the new staff are absolutely clueless and the lack of inventory makes it not worth it. I only use concentrates and no matter how clear I am to ask for my product specifically asking for a concentrate (even saying sugar wax, shatter etc) they will always 9/10 times assume I want a cart and I feel like I have to educate them on the product I want because they will act like they have no idea what Iâm talking about and then magically the product will be in stock after I have to correct them that itâs not a cart. Several times my order has had a different product then what I asked and paid for or they have not included the sale price and I have to have them correct it. I have seen many older folk come in brand new and ask for something that seems like an easy solution for the budtender to help with but they will offer them something ridiculous instead of what the senior citizen needs. A huge problem at this location is the management and the fact that they will go months without having properly stocked inventory and just tell you try again next week. I have never been to a dispensary that constantly has unavailable items, it is extremely frustrating to show up for a specific product and it is never there especially when itâs the advertised special. I have heard from several employees how frustrated they are with the lack of consistency in ordering from the uppers and I understand they feel helpless. Do yourself a favor and just go to Tucson so you donât get overcharged here and waste your time and maybe in another year they will get their act together, or they will just be a elderly...
   Read moreI will never go to hana again. Every time im here i get ripped off. I had an offer to get something free. I was planning on going the day it was set to exire. They took away my offer even when the day wasnt over. It was around 3 and my offer was already gone. Was there in the morning. Really??? Strike 1. Went a few months later to buy a sale item. They told me that item i wanted was sold out. Even though it was still listed as in stock on the website. I walked out with nothing. Went the next day and its a miracle they found that item. It was in a hiding place all along. But my sales guy didnt want to be bothered looking for it. Now its not on sale. I asked if they would sell it at the sale price not my fault they couldnt find it and they said no. Strike 2. So instead i asked for the bulk flower that was on sale. The one i wanted they couldnt find. Go figure...So i got something else that was on sale and used a referral offer i had been saving. When i check my receipt they charged me full price on the sale item then took off the offer. Strike 3. They also in the past have not honored a bogo sale they had as advertised. They also text you a survey to do but no where does the survey tell you what its for. There are no leading questions to where you can figure out what you are reviewing, or listing the day and time of the visit. Nothing. Just a how was your visit. To where??? They wont tell you.    Read moreI had a horrible experience today at Hana, I did an online order and Rachel the bud tender was super short with everyone. The person in front of me was an older gentleman and he was attempting to make small talk and she would completely cut him off and go back to talk to talking about pricing. Super rude especially if youâre asking for a tip. Then I go up I ask you just see the bud I am buying so I could get the one with less stems and bigger buds. With the snarkiest attitude she said âyou canât touch itâ I said thatâs fine I just want to look at it she proceeds to just read to strain name and what they are testing at. I ask again âso I canât see it even though itâs in a clear baggyâ she responded very demeaning making me feel as if I was speaking a whole other language then English. Out of frustration I requested to go to the back and work with another bud tender. I thought the interaction was going better just for them to sell me something completely different from what I ordered. I didnât realize this until I get home, so I went back to exchange with correct products just to be told it was my fault that they gave me the wrong thing and that I bought it so they canât exchange or return anything. Completely unfair and ridiculous to treat loyal customers and clients like this. I have been going in for more then 2 years just to be met with such a rude pathetic employee.
