I arrived in the store yesterday after deciding never to shop there again as my last experience over a year ago was not the best as soon as I walked in there was a young lady at the door. They greeted at me. I informed her that I was there to exchange the shoes I purchased online. She immediately stated before I could finish my entire sentence that they could not replace the shoe because they didnāt carry it in store. I immediately felt unwelcome. I simply wanted to know where the kids shoes were so that I can replace them with another pair and my nieceās actual size when I located a pair of shoes similar to the ones I purchased online I went to the register to exchange only to find out that the shoes that are two sizes smaller than the ones I purchased online were $22 more than what I paid I mentioned to the cash cashier that I purchased the shoes that we had online during Black Friday and that perhaps that could be the reason why the price difference is so vast compared to the ones I purchased yesterday, needless to say, the young lady seemed to be pretty confused and called over the same woman that greeted us when we arrived in to assist her with doing a price adjustment only to find that the lady that greeted me at the door was more than glad to tell me that she could not assist me yet again I paid the cost difference for the shoes, but honestly, I hate this store with the passion. The other pair of shoes was for my sisterās birthday. I needed to return them due to pain the shoe caused to her foot. I called before coming to the store and an employee told me that the assistant manager said I could bring the shoes in for an exchange instead of a return. When I got there (drove 30 mins), the āassistant managerā argued with me about how there was no recall on the print of shoe I bought. I didnāt see how that was relevant when there was still something clearly wrong with the shoes and it wasnāt my fault. She replaced them after having a very impersonal attitude towards me. When it came to the other pair, she wouldnāt even help. She didnāt scan the receipt or anything, she just said she couldnāt help. Iām assuming itās because she had to replace the other pair she didnāt want to do another pair? I had to contact customer service who is gladly sending me a replacement for the shoes. Ā Ā Ā Read more1 star mainly because of the Caucasian woman of an advance age standing at the front entrance with a stick in her hand. Now I understand store theft is out of control, everywhere. I do wish laws were stricter and criminals are held accountable. I don't mind the cameras or checking my receipt. When I walked in, I was just looking around at the selection then I spotted this woman looking at me she cracked a nice, nasty smile then hit the stick on the ground. I gave her the same smile, I was NOT intimidated, I am and have always been a paying customer. Now the Crocs in this outlet is over priced, which is also the reason for 1 star. Horrible sale, buy 1, 25% off 2nd pair..really. Better prices online. I was ready to buy a pair of the overpriced shoes for my grandson but this woman trying to intimidating I could not.
