My husband and I both shop this brand all over the world. This location is a 40 min drive for us. As of today we will no long shop here. My husband was followed around the entire store. I was in the dressing room for not even 5 minutes and a lady was banging on the door. I then asked what is going on and why are we being followed? She then said that they’ve had three shoplifters in the last month. I said lady my husband and I come here on the regular and spends at least $700 to $900 each. Not to mention online and other locations. She said she’s just trying to help. Help me when I need it. Don’t watch me or walk behind me as I’m trying to shop. They are also putting alarm tags on $110 polo shirts and Based on my experience... Every time you wash the shirts the holes get bigger and bigger over time. This was the worst and most uncomfortable shopping experience in my life. The help did not feel genuine like it has in the past. Read moreWe drove 200miles to get to your store to arrive at 8:08pm with the store fully lighted. Only to arrive exactly at the time a lady let out some customers and lock the door. We tried to talk to her but she wouldn't even speak loud enough to hear her. So we stood at door, called asap and advised how far we drove and may we come in? We also stated your website states we close at 9pm which gave us plenty of time to shop. She only gave us rude interruption while I explained. She interrupted me with saying corporate has known for years the website is wrong for the closing time but refuses to correct this closing times. Read moreThe store associates clearly do not care for African American customers. There were 6 Caucasian employees working the floor and all of them looked us dead in the face and didn’t speak. We were in the store for 15 minutes watching them have conversations about Halloween costumes and changing displays without acknowledging us. It was clearly the color of our skin because soon as an Asian man walked in they spoke to him. I have been in many Ralph Lauren stores and have never received this kind of service. I really hate my son found items he liked because I would not have made a purchase and given them sales revenue at this store. They all need to be fired for discrimination.
