Went for Black Friday and very disappointed for several reasons. I’ve been to Coach previously but this time my experience was disappointing to say the least. First, they had you sign up for an appointment to get into the store. At first thought, I thought this may be a great way to continue shopping while waiting for appointment. The problem with this approach was the notification goes from you being say number 72 in the queue to number 1 in the queue within a few minutes and the text message you receive states you 5 minutes to get back to the store for your appointment. I’m sure there were a number of shoppers who may have cancelled their appointment or were no shows which sped up the time. Second, I rushed back the store and there were two women in line and speaking with the employee confirming their appointment. I got behind them and waited my turn and as the two women before me went in to the store, another woman and husband rushed up and stated she was there for her appointment. The employee began looking up this woman’s appointment instead of telling the woman, please get in line as this couple is ahead of you. Allowing someone to cut in front of others is very poor customer service and/or training for Coach staff. Also, this can cause an escalation of issues between customers. Third, once inside the store, there was very little variety of items. The store space was larger than previous years but just not the variety. Read moreHave been a customer of Coach and Coach Outlet since the late 90s and have amassed a collection of shoes, bags, wallets, card cases, key fobs, shirts, hoodies, and more from the brand over the years. This review is about the store, however. This location used to be dedicated men's store and up the sidewalk a bit was a dedicated ladie's store, but in recent years it has been consolidated. When they were separate, there was a larger selection of inventory, but they still get the best pieces in, perhaps just not as many. The staff here are really what matters for me. Whether I'm popping in for an impromptu shopping-sesh, or texting/calling them to ask about inventory, Bri, and the other staff here are always willing to help me find an item, in their store, online, or from another Outlet location. Great customer service, high quality products, what more can you ask for? (Also, to that lady that left a 1 star review and stated her husband has VIP and Gold status with Coach - Tapestry, the parent company of Coach, and Coach themselves have no "Gold" or "VIP tiers" for customers, you've made that up just to be a Karen. When My husband asked about the up charge before the sale price,the girls looked at him like he had two head's.
