I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jordan on a number of occasions, and has helped me evolve my system to what it is today. For context, I live in a fairly peculiar house that doesn’t allow me to drill into or cut into the walls or ceilings. So having a team of professionals who knows what they’re doing and could work with my needs really meant a lot to me. I initially inquired about an av receiver and a set of speakers for the front three channels, and he helped me pick out the Marantz Cinema 40 and KEF R3s for the left and right channels, along with the KEF R2 for the center. Eventually I realized that I had the space for surround speakers and Jordan directed me to the KEF Q350s, which paired nicely with the R3s. After mind palace-ing long enough, I approached Jordan about my idea of using low profile speakers for atmos and dts-x on my ceiling, since I cannot cut holes in my ceiling. Jordan gave me a few options, but we ended up going with a set of four Origin Acoustic speakers that are made for their custom made-to-measure soundbar line. They also installed a Control4 system in my home to use as means to control my lighting and AV equipment. As cheesy as it might sound, being able to control the lights with a physical remote is much more convenient to me than messing around with my phone, along with not having to juggle 5+ remotes. Another purchase I made with SnapPro is my UniFi G4 Doorbell Pro and an NVR, which I prefer over any other smart doorbell because it’s saved locally on a hard drive and doesn’t require a subscription. The hardware is top notch, and looks great too! SnapPro also integrated Philips Hue throughout my home, and between being able to synchronize my lights to what’s on my tv screen, having different scenes to evoke different moods, and dialing in the exact color temperature for my lights, it’s a great addition to my home. I would recommend SnapPro to anyone who needs any sort of smart home automation integration whether it’s a small or large scale job. Jordan and his SnapPro AV team installed a fairly complex indoor/outdoor sound system in our home (Sonos with Origin Acoustics speakers), as well as a beautiful 72" Sony television. The work was done professionally, neatly (see pictures), on time and on budget. The quality of the work speaks for itself!

The initial install work had to be coordinated with other contractors and Jordan was flexible and worked well with the other parties.

To accomodate our initial budget requirements, we have asked Jordan to install three audio upgrades since the original installation. In each case, Jordan presented multiple options for each upgrade, regarding both level of technology and cost, and I always felt like he respected our decisions and had our best interest at heart.

I LOVE this system. It sounds fantastic and I have high standards. It is one of the things I like most about our home! Our friends are always impressed when they come over for parties and the like.

Also, Jordan stays by your side after the install. When we do have technical difficulties, whether they be with our internet provider, cable provider, or a piece of audio or video equipment, Jordan has always responded same day as called and, when needed, has been able to get someone out to address the issue within 24 hours. That's important, because it seems that every technology has its demons!
