I live nearby and never visited here but my wife's ring needed repairs and thought "hey why not support locally". Stopped by, asked about repairs and such -- the owner started off friendly and stated it would be 5-7 days. A week finally went by and I called, she told me she's waiting on a stone to come in and she'll have it repaired in 2-3 days.

The owner never once, not once contacted me about updates. My wife then called 14 days later and she was very, very rude to her on the phone. She asked about the diamond ring that was dropped off and the owner said "it's not a diamond ring it's a cubic zirconia and it's the stone and repairs haven't been done yet." First off, no reason to ever speak to a customer that way. Ever. Second, we were never notified about any progress.

Either way, my wife went to pick up the ring today and the owner was once again very rude. All in all, I tried to do a nice thing and support locally but 14 days and not one repair done, rude service, no-follow up, and called our ring cheap. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Extremely...

I would not send my worst enemy to this business. Never in my life have I had a worst experience. 2 months I waited to have the buckle replaced on my watch, and then when I went to pick it up she said she wanted to re-glue the face on. Me agreeing to this was almost a worse decision than going to this pitiful establishment. A month later she told me to come in to look at the watch because it was not working anymore (fully functional when I dropped it off). Now, not only is my watch not fixed, it is destroyed and broken. Paid $80 to have my rings sized and they kept them for almost 3 weeks and when I picked up they fit the exact same as when I dropped them off. The women insisted it was because my hands were swollen. I took them to a new jeweler and come to find out they were never resized. My rings were the exact same size as they were when I dropped them off here. I wouldn’t do business...
