Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

I absolutely have to post a glowing review to rave about my experience! I really would like to commend the manager and her associate (I did not get their names, sadly). I went in on my lunch break to get the new two-topping deal for $6.99. I was not aware you can only get the deal online, but the manager offered to get my order started and I could place the order on my phone. I had no issue with that at all, I considered that to be a very reasonable thing to do.

After taking my order, she recognized on her own will that I was working and offered to make it easy and convenient for me by accommodating me at the cash register instead. Super awesome on her part! I thought it was really nice of her to offer to do that even though I was happy to comply with her original request.

While waiting for my pizza to be made, the store got a decent, quick rush of customers and it was only the manager and her associate working. They both handled it with poise and great customer care! The manager even told me she checked on my pizza and put it back in the over for a couple more minutes, which I had no problem patiently waiting. I only waited approximately 8-10 minutes and it was well worth it!

I got back to my office and when I opened the box, I must admit that this was one of the best pepperoni and black olive pizzas I have ever had! Even my coworkers were gawking over how delicious it looked! Unfortunately, I just dove right in and started to eat the pizza, so no photos to share, but I hope my description is enough to vouch for my review.

It was my fav until yesterday. My husband bought me an antipasta salad for lunch to my job... I noticed It was dated for that day to be thrown out. I looks at my meat and its turning purple... So I was very frustrated because I couldn't eat lunch and had to wait until I get off to take it back because my husband had gone to work. I gets there and I show the employee the meat and why I bought it back. He goes to tell the manager and she like just ask her do she want another one. It would have been nice if she came to address me and apologize for almost giving me spoiled meat but no she stayed behind the wall but I could hear her and that she wasn't busy. He asks me do I want another one and I'm like no I dont want another salad and he didn't offer me anything else so I didn't suggest it either. He tells her what I said and she comes out with an attitude like I was a bother and goes right to the register and gives me a refund. I actually was coming to get something in exchange for the salad but I didn't say anything. She gives me the money and I smiles and say thank you ma'me and she didn't say anything but just walked away. I have never been treated like this at this location. The employee was a young African-American but the manager was Caucasian. I believe that was very racist... She is older so I expect much better out of her. She needs...

Local store that used to be pretty solid has clearly become not so great. It feels like a place that lacks experience with the product and not actually supervised so there is no accountability. One of the employees looked like he was doing a fair amount of the work but wearing headphones and not interested in actually interfacing with the customers.

This most recent time, while the pizza quality was okay it was cut almost as if by someone who was aiming to create abstract art. The stuffed crazy bread was 3 pieces of what I can only describe as half a cheese stick slightly enveloped by a grease like substance dressed as bread for Halloween.

It's possible they are understaffed at this location and the quality suffers as a result as it was not swamped but steady which I know can effect quality. I'm not sure of others in the area have gone down in quality but we may have to give them a try for kids lunch/dinner in the future.
