Verizon — Local services in Saint Johnsbury

After being conned into buying so-called Verizon phones at our local Walmart we.... had good sense to go back to our local St. Johnsbury Vermont store to speak with Chris Beattie who has helped us and our family before. Chris is fabulous. He asked us questions about how we use a phone to determine which ones were best for our needs. When we walked out of the door that evening our phones were completely set up with all our old information... ready to use

We also purchased a internet router from him which lowered our internet bill by 50% a month.

I had been in the local stores several times over the last month looking the right phone, Milinda was very helpful and talked with me, when I finally decided what I was getting Milinda was there again, patient with my questions, and did everything in a very timely manner and was extremely great sales women ! When I went back to pick up my phone ( I had to order it ) I witnessed something not so professional! Milinda was doing my transaction and her manager came out and was down right RUDE! He was very disrespectful to her and the questions she asked him, I was like wow ! Kudos to Milinda for not getting upset, not yelling, not being disrespectful. I damaged my phone beyond repair, so I went in to see what they could do for me. Chris Beattie was busy with multiple customers due to lack of staffing. However, he was still willing and able to minimize my wait time by talking with me, while working on the other customers' phones. They left with smiles on their face as did I. He was able to get my phone to limp by for a couple extra days while we waited for my new phone to come in, and then transferred everything over.
