Catamount Arts — Attraction in Saint Johnsbury

It currently closed. But last year the young man that is at his station... Btw, he is glued to the computer that is provided for him... I only wanted to inquire about 5 tickets to the Russian ballet that was performing, the next day.. they have a computer in the office that is open to the public that you can do research on, so I was attempting to connect..It simply wasn't working. I had left my cell in my car so was having to use the one intended for public. I asked the guy behind the counter(Btw,he is the most smug rudest cashier,store greeter I've met in a while. Hee says oh we've been having problems with our internet for a couple of days(but very vague,like we were annoying him.. and I said quite frankly how are you to connect on the office computer if there's no Wi-Fi.? He was completely stone-faced and very snotty he didn't answer me but yes he was he's rude and you could tell that he didn't want people from the community coming in there and looking at things on the computer because you could actually feel the bad energy in there . Fun fact: my friend was actually one day late on returning a movie and this same guy that is rude as fudge, actually the clerk followed her to McDonald's ask her where the movie was that she had checked out and she calmly said oh the one I had for one night what do I owe you a dollar? and at this point I looked at my husband which is a criminal offense attorney and he was blatantly saying that his behaviors were unacceptable he was stalking her,for a cheap 1.00 movie.. I just thought that it was very unusual and peculiar that he would follow her like creep status. And I do have to say every single time I've been in there .there's not been one time that he's been friendly at all. Catamount arts hello? Why are you keeping rude employees? Our community needs to be more friendlier,and stop judging others!!!! We need to step it up and really listening to our customers needsand trying our best to make our day and EVERYONE that patrons...

Isn't it wonderful to have Catamount Arts just one hour from where we live in Derby? We enjoy so many of their programs. Just attended Soweto Gospel Choir concert and look forward to the Ukraine Philharmonic coming in Jan. And, we will be attending First Night after two years missing the in person fun! A big part...
