Yummies at the Star — Restaurant in Saint Johnsbury

When I walked into Yummies at the Star Theatre, all staff was extremely friendly, especially the manager. I believe her name was Karen. The prices are very affordable!! I love the fact that it is a movie theme decor. It is a great spot to get a quick, easy lunch at a low price! When my friend and I went, I had a cup of the chicken noodle soup and a ham and Swiss sandwich, which I may say, it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! My friend ordered a cheeseburger. When we were about to leave, we decided we wanted to have ice cream. I only had room for a small maple cream cone, and she had a chocolate milkshake. My pregnant wife, two kids, and I stopped in for a bite to eat after arriving in town for solar eclipse. Despite being down one staff member (probably due to terrible traffic in the area) and a mad rush from tourists like us coming into town for the event, they served us well and had good food and great prices. I wanted to leave this review because I could see how stressful it must have felt and I know that my family and I are, at least, grateful for the hospitality as we flooded this town to see the celestial event!
