Nice guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have never actually bought anything from him,yet he has answered my questions and offered guidance for my system on a few occasions. I have seen his work. Basically the only retail shop doing high end systems for audiophiles in Berrien county. He loves what he does and it shows in his work and how passionate he is about car audio. A true professional. And from what I have seen his prices are inline with the big box stores. And while some of the items he sells may seem high priced when compared to some boss audio or other inexpensive stuff Amazon or eBay sells... he does not sell junk or low end products. And remember the after the sale support if you have a problem or warranty issue. Good luck explaining those kinds of issues to the guy at best buy and getting your unit warrantied.. you are buying a professional world class product from a guy that eats sleaps kives and breathes car audio. And decades of knowledge and experience. Of course this level of equipment and expertise seems pointless to the masses.. but for us 1% that love car audio... you will not go wrong doing business with tri...

Giving this place a 1 star. Made an appointment for 10 last Monday (March 6th) to have a car starter installed. Get there at 10, lights are off, door is locked, and sign said they were closed until March 7th (Tuesday). So I called and the guy told me they had lost power the week before and they were trying to get power restored. Ok, that's fine because I understand things happen but I was a little irritated I didn't get a call sooner so I didn't have to drive there. I made an appointment for next Monday (march 13th) again at 10. Showed up at 10 with my grandpa and again lights were off, door was locked, and no one answered the phone. Their sign on the door said they are open at 10 but no one was there. We waited 20 min for someone to show up before I finally had enough. Needless to say I'm taking my business...

After much debate I finally decided to have Mike and the guys over at Tri County build me a system for my daily driver. Mike went above and beyond for me building a custom fiberglass center console using my factory armrest and storage area. I had no idea that could be done!
