Our typical bowling alley wasn't open for our choice activity of the day, I'm with a group I work for whom have autism, down syndrome and physical disabilities.
My manager dealt with them on the phone prior and stated that the owner, who he talked with was incredibly passive aggressive and down right rude. I was expecting this while entering, however before I even entered the owner comes out and practically yells at my staff and I about how we parked, stating we should re-park and straighten out while we were all within the lines and attempting to just drop off our participants before re-parking ourselves anyways.
Upon entering, we weren't sure if the lanes that were currently open were for our group, so we begin to set up other lanes. He yells out to us saying that the lanes that were open, were for us, I responded with that would've been nice to know prior. He passive aggressively responds with, "well that is why they are open" keep in mind for prior context when I went to pay for the lanes earlier, he never once stated those lanes were for my staff and participants.
I've been told by other staff that when we as a group used to go to this bowling alley, they treated us with very rude behaviors and passive aggressive comments. I don't know if his behavior is due to ableism, or if he is just in general, downright rude. Wouldn't reccomend going, and will most likely, personally,...
ย ย ย Read moreWe visited this establishment as a group, looking forward to enjoying our time after it was recommended from a different bowling establishment. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff at the front desk was very disappointing. The older gentleman assisting us was rude, disrespectful, and displayed a hostile attitude. When we politely inquired about open lanes and prices, he wouldn't look at us and just gave us the wait time and prices as if it was scripted with no friendly tone. He continued to let us know the lanes still have to be cleaned which is understandable, however the tone was unprofessional. We waited the wait time and returned to the front desk to politely inquire on open lanes as we saw a few had opened and part of this response was "...don't you see it's busy". His demeanor made us feel very unwelcome, we thought maybe he was having a bad day and wanted to give him grace but after reading the reviews it seems like it's very common for this type of customer service from this individual.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, I would recommend that the management address this issue to ensure all guests are treated with respect. Sadly, based on this experience, we would not recommend this place until changes are made. Maybe by us taking our money somewhere else won't make a difference to this establishment but felt this review needed to be made to make...

I really liked going to that place, but this last time was the worst. I'll try to be brief, Whenever I go the guy in charge of giving you the shoes is a bit rude, but to be honest sometimes I understood it because my English way of speaking is not perfect and I know that there are people of this type, anyway I never bother the same the bar was always a bit rude. But this last time I went with several friends all Latino like me and this time if they were all extremely rude and not generous, one of my friends went to buy a pitcher of beer at the bar and they did not sell him for presenting his passport, So I went to buy it with my Minnesota license and they told me that everyone who was with me had to present an ID but that this was not from another country all in a rather rude way, it is a shame that one looks for healthy fun and always get rejection by your way of speaking or your nationality, the truth is this time I disappoint a lot because whenever I go with my partner we are very respectful and I always tip. So if you're Latino and want to have a good time in this beautiful city I want to avoid the pain of going to...
