Played a softball double header here yesterday. Ripped piss missiles into the gaps all night and it felt nice. However my defense was a little suspect and that didn't feel so nice. I could stop the review there but that'd be mailing it in, so here we go: The field is located at a school so there's plenty of parking between the main lot and the streets nearby. Field was recently aerated so little dirt plugs littered the outfield. A little strange to play on a surface like that but at least you know they're taking care of the grounds! Lights came on after the sun set and did a great job covering the field with a clean, white light. No nasty yellow tint. There were a few low spots right near the entrances to the dugouts where water pooled after the rain and forced a pretty serious leap to clear if you wanted to keep your feet dry. We're way in the weeds though so let's wrap it up.
Those were the only games on our schedule to be played on this field....

My only complaint is there are no awnings or shade cover near the softball fields except over the dugout, so you will be directly in the sun if you're watching a game.
