Very disappointed with the experience we had. Walked in and was approached by Alex, asking what we needed, no customer service skills. Drove an hour with all of the original documents they requested, just to be told by Carmen that they were too old. They were asking me to change information on my documents that make no sense. I felt uncomfortable sitting in the lobby, talking about our personal information as people walked by. They didn’t bring us to a private office like they should have. On top of it, Carmen wrote on one of my original documents marking what she wanted me to change. Why would she do that! Atención vaya que se esforzaron viaje casi 4 horas con mi esposo y primos y claro mis hijos pequeños, sacamos el pasaporte teníamos cita 10:30 salimos tipo 1pm muy tardado pero eso tal vez lo hubiese ignorado asta que uno de los que trabajan ahí nos obligó hacer un censo seguido de una encuesta absurda! Le dijo que no tenía tiempo de hacer su encuesta y que no era obligatorio yo en ese momento estaba dando biberón a mi hijo bebé el cual respondió de una manera realmente grosera y dijo si no la haces no te voy a dar tu pasaporte, éramos 5 personas de mi misma familia que estábamos esperando el pasaporte, el regreso y nos volvió a decir si no terminan el “censo” no les voy a dar su pasaporte que porque era obligatorio, No me quedó de otra que hacerlo cuando por sorpresa era una encuesta como de 40 preguntas!! Al terminar ya este caballero con nuestros pasaportes en su mano nos obligó a mostrar nuestro celular y demostrar que si habíamos terminado dicha encuesta me pareció repugnante y muy abusivo...
