Horrible! Very deceptive, dishonest & shoddy workmanship.. All I needed was 1 simple Dishwasher Panel made for my new dishwasher. Very time consuming & expensive disaster that they refuse to correct. They lied and were deceptive in their responses to Amex in the inquiry. 4/29/15 Lindsay Maddas Cabinet Design Sales came to my house for an appt. I needed a new dishwasher panel. She said there is a $350.00 up charge for color match. I choked, she said wether you match a whole kitchen or 1 piece of wood it's the same price.OUCH! I deliberated for 2 weeks I couldn't justify the color match costing more than the wood panel. Any paint store will do it for free or pennies. Knowing I am going to sell in a few years I thought I should keep everything Crystal Cabinet. 5/12/15 I called and said go ahead with the panel $350.00 for color paint match $174.00 for wood panel = $562.13 I received my Invoice email where it states "color match to the existing panel" 2 1/2 weeks later I called Lindsay 3 times in 10 days and left messages but no return call. 6/11/15 I called the main number and explained this and that I need an ETA, LIndsay said I would have one but she is not returning my calls. I am leaving to go out of the country for 2 weeks on 6/16/15 and trying to get organized that it doesn't come when I am gone and sits at my front door for days or weeks. If it is finished during the time I am gone then just hold it until I come back. She said Lindsay had quit. My response was doesn't anyone check her VM's and take over her accounts. 4 days later 6/15/15 my new panel & old panel which was used for color match is delivered to my front door. Weeks later returning my plumber comes to install new dishwasher, Crystal panel & the handle hardware I had to buy $111.00. Color is way off! It has pink tones nothing like the old panel. I don't know if someone is colored blind or drunk but the new panel is nothing like the one they used as a color match. I didn't get what I paid for. It's unusable. The plumber said not only does it stick out because it doesn't match the color of other cabinets the design is all wrong. There is no where for normal placement of the handle. It should of been designed just like all base cabinets that surround it. The handle would have to be placed up high & hard to get fingers in under the counter or a 1/3 way down which would look stupid. We took pictures. He said talk to All Inc. they have to make this right. Call me when you get the new panel so I can install the panel/handle so you can use your dishwasher. As of today 8/28/15 I have no new panel and can't use my new dishwasher. 7/13/15 I called Jeanne Carlson & told her what has gone wrong, she said email pictures which I did. I called many times after that & left VM's no one got back to me. Finally 7/23/15 Sasha called, said he would like to come look at the panel. He said the color was off it doesn't match & the design gives no proper placement for the handle it would look misplace & awkward. He asked if I got a "sample color proof" I said No, that was never talked about or offered. I never got that choice.!! They had the old panel and I paid $350.00 for a match. Someone is not doing their job. He said he will talk to ALL Inc, & get back to me. I called repeatedly finally he said I need a new panel but at my cost. I said No I already paid.. I called my American Express Credit card it is in dispute and ALL Inc. came back & lied and said that I wanted it "RUSHED" & "I don't need a proof sample." I never said or signed that. Nor does any of the invoices I have received from them. I took 2 weeks to deliberate and it was 1 month to make a 23' x30" panel that is not a "RUSH". So All Inc. is saying you pay us $350.00 up charge for a color match but if you "RUSH" it we don't have to match it!!! WOW!!! I need my new panel that I already paid for or my money back to find a quality craftsman who is honest & values his work & appreciates paying customers. I will never use...
ย ย ย Read moreI purchased cabinets from All INC around the end of August 2024 and they arrived late October 2024. I had a contractor come install the cabinets and a couple problems occured right away with them fitting. The Cabinet sales and design lady that came out and measured my space for my cabinets ended up measuring 12" too long on One wall. So I had to send back 2 cabinets that were never going fit and there was one that never came to my house. She had told me that the 3 would be refunded. Took a whole month to get a hold of her to have the company trucks come pick them up so they could be sent back. One of the cabinets were an upper cabinet that had to be smaller because of the mismeasure. So I was waiting for a replacement for that cabinet for a month which I ended having to go get myself because she wouldn't send a truck to drop it off at my house. 2nd problem that occured, the pantry that she had sent out was 2" too tall for the soffit I have in my house. I let her know that problem and she told me thats all they had so she had it sent out anyways? She says if I wanted to get the pantry recustom made that it could take months to finish and that I would have to pay more. Which she measured everything so in the end it was her mistake so why would I have to pay more? Leaving my kitchen unfinished. We came to a solution for that problem after Weeks of being ignored and she told me that it would get covered by All Inc if I had the soffit rebuilt and send her the Invoice. I had all that done. Today I am waiting for my contractor to come back and finish the rest of the project that has been put to the side because of a mismeasure and lack of communication with the Sales and design lady at All Inc. Every problem that occured and when letting her know about them ended up taking months altogether just to find a simple solution because she just ignores my Calls, Voicemails, and Emails. I have been trying to get my refund for the 3 cabinets and the refund for the Invoice for almost 2 months now. Leaving Emails and voice messages on her Main contact line and it seems she is just ignoring me now. I spent good money on these cabinets and thought that I was going to a company I could trust on things to go right, and if problems occured that it would be handled no problem. My contractor referred me here and he told me this was a great place to buy cabinets. He was trying to help me get these problems fixed by trying to reach the Sales and design lady but she ignored him too when he would let her know. He said that he would never refer anyone to this place again now after using them for years. But in the end these small problems occured and just caused alot of stress for nothing. This project should have been done within a couple weeks after receiving the Cabinets but has took Months. Cabinets look great but the lack of customer service from the Cabinetry sales and Design lady is not good. ย ย ย Read moreI have been going back and forth via email with this company since May regarding the return of a through the wall air conditioner that I purchased. I have gone weeks without a reply to emails, have asked for people to call me regarding my return, and I have had zero reply. I still need an air conditioner for my unit. I also need a replacement sleeve which I was told by the first customer service person that helped me out in May when I was attempting to return my air conditioning unit, that yes all Inc could help me out with that as well. In fact that customer service person acknowledged over the phone that it is possibly my sleeve that is the issue, since because my sleeve is quite old the sleeves may not accommodate modern air conditioners. I told her that the installer put the air conditioner in, and flat out told me that all I needed to do was caulk around the outside of the air conditioner and I would be fine. The air conditioner is not appropriate for the sleeve that I have. I have heard nothing and I am beyond frustrated. My last go through via email less than a week ago, the customer service person asked for my address which they should clearly have. You ask for an address in customer service when you are buying time. I have provided photographs, explanations of what went on, and I still have yet to see not only a refund, I have yet to receive any kind of customer service that provides me with any kind of knowledge that they recognize that I am a valid customer of theirs. This company so far has not gone out of its way to provide me with General customer service, and as someone who is in the customer service industry they are lucky I have given them one star. I shouldn't have to follow up on follow-up emails. I also shouldn't have to be the one to initiate phone calls in this regard when it comes to a return that's been sitting around since May. One would think that if there is an air conditioner in their warehouse somewhere that's sitting there not in a box one would wonder why it was returned, but apparently they also cannot find the air conditioner that was returned in May. Covid aside, they honestly cannot use covid as a bad excuse for poor customer service, I realize that companies are busy right now, but they should at least give me the courtesy of calling me back.
