Read moreThese people are uneducated! I have been dealing with them for 2 years to get two certified copies of my birth certificate I had a legal name change in 1991. At no time under law do I have to change my name on my birth certificate. Yet, they tell me that I have to.
They are rude, uneducated (yes, it feels good to say it twice), mouthy on the phone, won't even share a first name, so I can reference it to a supervisor. They know what they pull. how they speak to you and hide behind locked doors.

Because she was born in st paul i have to get her birth certificate from the vital records office there. They say by appointment only. But nobody answers the phone to make an appoinent. I have mailed them multiple documents just to be told by wisconsin that st paul is claiming they recieved nothing. Id like my documents back but seems going in person isnt realistic either.
