Metro Wireless LLC — Local services in Saint Paul

I don’t know anything about this business, but it is not a good place for a UPS access point. They have very limited hours and are closed on the weekend. UPS will only attempt three deliveries, including trying on Saturday and Sunday when the business is closed. They will attempt and be unsuccessful at delivering to this business during their normal hours. It is a huge headache. Choose another location. They couldn’t deliver my package during two business days, one for an unknown and opaque reason and once because it wasn’t open yet. The final attempt would have happened on a Saturday when they’d be closed. It cost $17 to change the delivery address. UPDATE 8/18 … I went to pick up my package and the part owner decided to tell me…in front of other customers…that I shouldn’t be truthful in my reviews and leaving 1 star rating. And that they went through all my reviews and noticed that I give only one star reviews! Completely unprofessional! Could have handle that whole situation better. shameful.
