I have a custom built desktop system that's about 2 years old. I do a lot of work on my own computers, but ran into a snag with this one where it would shut down during boot. I had it narrowed down to a couple of hardware issues as the likely culprit, but didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars replacing components that didn't need to be replaced as a means of trying to figure out what the problem was. I sought the services of Automated Technologies Computer Services (ATCS) to help troubleshoot and repair.
It didn't take long for Dennis to isolate the most probable cause, and with my concurrence he replaced the component. He was right.
I got my computer back the day after I dropped it off, and it's running great again. I paid fair market retail for the replacement component, and I thought the labor rate was quite reasonable.

I called Dennis and he said to bring in and was confident he could figure it out. I brought it to him and within 2 hours I heard back from him. He was able to get it up and running, took care of the cable management, put the panels back on, took care of the bios, answered all of my questions with great detail. I even paid him more than what he quoted me because his price was just that fair and he was incredibly genuine.    Read moreI have to say that from the first phone call I could tell I was actually talking to someone that knew what he was talking about, I know nothing about computers so it was very stressful not knowing what to do, I called DELL what a mistake that was 3hr and finally told me that I would have to take it somewhere that they couldn't FIX it, So I took my computer 🖥️ in the staff was great and they let me ramble on about what I thought was wrong and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable, I dropped this off this morning at 10:45 they called around 1 or so they told me what was wrong how much it would cost and then told me that he would have it done today, I ask if they could deliver and set everything up for me they told me no problem.
