Royally Baked — Restaurant in Saint Peters

Vegans rejoice! Everyone else let go of any preconceived notions towards vegan food. The food here is LEGIT. As soon as I heard about Royally Baked, I stopped in the first chance I got and this place blew my mind. For reference, I'm an omnivore who is always searching for genuinely delicious plant-based food to satisfy everyone. Royally Baked is it!

I bought a half dozen Duchess cookies (chocolate chip), an iced brownie, and a Nashville hot chikn wrap. The cookies were fresh and chewy, full of chocolate chips, and perfectly balanced by the addition of sea salt. The brownie? Omg, the brownie. Dense and fudgy with an intensely rich cocoa flavor, balanced with a sweet chocolate icing, it was a genuinely perfect brownie—none of that disappointing dry cake-like nonsense here.

Lastly, there was the Nashville hot chikn wrap. My partner and I devoured it so quickly that I didn't get to analyze it as closely. I remember a gigantic flour tortilla loaded with Nashville hot sauce-covered chikn, mixed greens, and fried pickles with optional "cheese", onion, and tomato. The chikn was tender and had a nice chewy texture, the sauce was sweet, lightly smokey, and a little spicy, and the vegetables were fresh.

We plan on making this a regular stop and look forward to trying everything...

Royally Baked made our Thanksgiving truly special. This is the most kind, caring, and welcoming business I’ve ever encountered, and I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am to them. My mom has cancer and isn’t able to cook anymore, so we were searching for a small vegan meal for Thanksgiving. That’s when Royally Baked stepped in like angels and catered our meal for free. When we arrived to pick it up, they handed us roses and even included an extra pie. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the stuffing!!!! And oh my god, the pie was so good it’s ridiculous. The cherries were perfectly tart, the crumble was delightfully crunchy with just the right touch of cinnamon, and together, they made the most mouthwatering bite. The pies even looked gorgeous, especially the peach pie. it’s top was braided and looked so pretty. Please support this incredible business! Their food is amazing, and their kindness is beyond words. It’s so hard to find good vegan restaurants in Missouri,there are only a handful, but this one is truly exceptional and deserves all the love and support. Thank you so much. Listen, let me tell ya'll something. This food is a HIT. I have been meaning to try this place out. Today I saw their post on IG and I remembered they were having pick up dinners for today. My husband and I got 2 plates (Vegan Fried Chikn, Greens, Green Beans, Garlic Bread, Cornbread, Vegan Mac & Cheeze, and Gravy). Man, this food was so good! Even my toddler was jumping around loving it haha! For dessert we got the Cookie Butter Brownie and Lemon Blueberry Cake. Brownie was ON POINT. The cake looks delicious! Can't wait to dig into it tomorrow.

All of the food was straight HITTING! Not missing a beat and very well seasoned and not overly seasoned either. Not salty or none of that! Natural flavors with just the right bang. These people know how to cook. Man I will most certainly BE BACK! Thank ya'll for good quality food. It means a lot because I have to eat healthy to maintain my health so I cannot eat out everywhere. So I definitely appreciate places like THIS! I felt so safe eating this food. It was so light on my stomach too. I didn't feel heavy or none of that, no bloating, no indigestion, just pure GOODNESS!
