China Queen — Restaurant in Saint Peters

My favorite and absolutely go to place for Chinese food. Over the years I have tried several in the area. None are 1/2 as delicious as China Queen. My favorite is the Mongolian Chicken. I personally like it better than so if the other fancier restaurants versions of it. Edit: new people .. food is not the same.. we ordered honey chicken and I got sesame chicken.. had to go back and order one with out sesame we have one with dietary restrictions. .. lunch was over $24. Because I had to order without sesame seeds.. it tasted like honey was just poured over chicken pieces.. fried rice tasted like beef bullion..( yes, I drank 3 tons of water later) the crab Rangoon was delicious but the sweet amd sour sauce had just a few and grabbed them and had 2 hot sauce and 1 sweet and sour.. was totally disappointed.. will give it another try later and order something else. But we just had out taste buds set on what we usually ...

Update as of December 2023: We've ordered several times over the course of the last 6-8 months and there have been different employees and the food is anything but stellar. Quality of food has significantly declined compared to what it has been for many years. Unfortunately, this is no longer a favorite or will be a restaurant we will return to. Also take a moment to check out the 5 star reviews this year as a majority of those reviewers only have 1 total review on their profile...

Favorite Chinese restaurant in the area! We've been going to Chnia Queen 3 for probably 5 years now. We moved 2 years ago and have yet to find a better place close to us. We drive about 40 minutes round trip to get our food from here. Fast, friendly, delicious!...

This place has changed and is terrible. Will not be going back anymore :(

Good food but the egg rolls have gotten SUPER TINY. I guess it really cost a lot for them to add a little filling to them. They are the length of the sweet and sour sauce and the diameter of a nickel. Some photos for comparison. A 20oz soda bottle cap is about the same size.

The pepper steak was grisly and tough. The chicken dishes are delicious and the rice is good. Crab Rangoon are good but there isn't much filling in them. I think the hot and sour soup is good but they give you a half a bag of crispy noodles for an entire quart. They charge for extra crispy noodles.

Love most of the food but they should stop being so stingy with the things that barely...
