I needed to get my girlfriends ring cut off as her finger reacted to the metal (we got this ring from a friend of ours) Jeff was able to get the ring off in no time, and gave us some cool company while trying to get it off. He also didn’t charge us for the cut off either and saved us a lot of time and money by keeping us from having to make a trip to the ER. I was desperate to get my rings removed due to swelling in my fingers. The jeweler dropped what he was doing to cut the rings from my finger. It was not a particularly easy task given the swelling in my finger joint. He persevered to get it off. What a relief. No charge. Very thankful to him. Beautiful shop. Will return to do business...
