I recently stayed at this Drury Inn, and I must say it was a nice experience, deserving of a five-star rating. Here's why: Modern Room: The room I was assigned to was reasonably updated. It's clear that the hotel invests in maintaining a contemporary and comfortable atmosphere for its guests. The modern décor and furnishings created a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment. Standard Drury Amenities: The hotel provided all the standard amenities I've come to expect from a Drury Inn. These included a well-maintained pool area, a compact but functional fitness center, and even some meeting spaces for business travelers. It's reassuring to know that Drury consistently offers these amenities across their properties, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Complimentary Food: I did not partake in the food. It was standard, complimentary hotel fare. I prefer to eat out when I travel unless I am crunched for time. Comfortable Bedding: While the bed in my room was slightly on the firm and springy side, I found it to be comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the variety of pillows provided, each with different levels of firmness. It's a thoughtful touch that allows guests to tailor their sleeping experience to their preferences. Amenities for Relaxation: The hotel had a pool and hot tub, although I didn't get a chance to use them during my stay. These amenities are great for those looking to unwind after a long day of travel or work.

*Breakfast pics are at the end. Pls give me a thumbs up if my review was helpful.😊 We used to stay at the Drury more often because of work, but now that we work from home....sigh. But when we go out on weekend trips as a couple, we always stay at a Drury. It's not always the best rates, but it's so worth it. Read the other reviews, everyone seems happy. Most important for us are the super clean rooms, safe locations, amazingly friendly & professional staff, and the 3 free drinks you get for happy hour. 😆 Miss Shelley, the lady who checked us in, was incredibly friendly & helpful. When I asked if there was a room available with bars around the tub because l use a cane for stability, she gave us a room w/a walk-in shower! There is a free "dinner/happy hour" but it is just very light appetizers and vary from good to pretty lame. The full, free breakfast is much, much better, check out my pics! A++++ The two ladies working on this Sat morning were absolutely wonderful!

Not impressed at all -Water in the shower was barely above room temp turned all the way up -Was told pets weren’t allowed in common areas but there were multiple dogs at breakfast eating food off the floor. -Breakfast selection seems to aim towards older goup - sugar free jelly only- fat free yogurt only — biscuits and gravy has NO FLAVOR — syrup has NO FLAVOR — no herbal teas- no bacon- no real butter- -Pool closes at 10 instead of 11 -No parking due to construction I stayed on a Monday and had to park next door -There is a $50 deposit that isn’t listed online when you book. I decided to book in person and was told it was unavoidable but refundable. -Comforter was very very thin - room had a large ball of Hair in the toilet when we arrived -Was told about construction but wasn’t told it started at 8am and was very very very loud (what sounds to be jack hammers or something) The few pros Conveniently located Big room Soft and firm pillows

Wow! I have never been in the receiving end of the service that we as a family experienced at this hotel. The attendant that received us, Saen Muilix, was unbelievable. Due to a faux pas on our part, we arrived to the hotel with a confusion about our reservation. Saen did not allow us to sit too long on our error, and immediately made things right for us. With friendly words, and a sincere smile, he allowed the awkwardness of the moment to dissipate into the warmth of the environment, as he handed us our key cards and a bag of goodies. He even chased us down to answer a passing question that I had presented to him (the time the mall closed). It took him some time to find the answer on his phone. Amazing person!

Though the hotel is remodeling on the exterior, it had absolutely no affect on our stay. The breakfast bar had a lot of variety. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The workout facility was small, but had all of the essentials (free-weights, treadmill, and an elliptical machine). The pool appeared to be clean and the hot tub in working order (even though we did not use them on our stay).

So, why the four stars instead of five stars? It all boils down to the bathtub. The bottom of the bathtub had a filmy, slippery, mildewed layer of soap scum. It needs someone to get on their hands and knees and give it a good scrub down with Ajax or Soft Scrub with bleach. It took a leap of faith to step into the bathtub. And even after that, I could not place my feet entirely on the slimy surface.

If that would have not been the case, ours would have been a five...

I've been here multiple times and every time I am here and there is a guy at the front desk. He's really nice. Since they are under construction, he makes sure that he tries to accommodate your request and he gives you a little treat bag with a water bottle, snacks and ear plugs because there will be noise. The room they put me in, the refrigerator did not work properly. Wouldn't get cold The food items I had were not staying cold. However, when I check in and there is a woman who checks you in, they are not as accommodating. One of them wears an assistant general manager name tag and she is not accommodating. She does not even ask you if you need ear plugs and she doesn't offer you any as well. The closer you are to the bottom floor, the noisier it is and even though she knew that I was there for business and I needed to get some sleep. She put me close to the noise. When she is there it is a rough night when the guy with the purple hair is there. He is very nice and it's a better night. Consistency is what I would really suggest they try to invest in. Being consistently nice to the guest. I noticed that the women at the front desk are nicer to some people. The service crew at the food area and at the bar are the best. They are what makes the stay better because they are consistently nice. They keep it clean and neat and they are very pleasant and patient . But oh well, maybe that's just how...
