Bricks & Minifigs - St. Petersburg — Local services in Saint Petersburg

I love supporting local businesses, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience. I wanted to purchase the Disney mini castle from them (online showed that it was in stock and not in stock at the store) and upon talking to them on the phone, they claimed that they would order it for me (gathered my info), and would honor the 20% off new in box sets. They also said that it would take 3-5 days to come in. I called them on day 3 I believe, for an update on the transit, and the staff member who answered the phone claimed that they did not find any information regarding the purchase. He then said that his manager would be in a few hours and they would call me back ( gave him all my information again). Unfortunately, I still have not received a call, and this is a few weeks later ( giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would get back to me). Compared to the other Bricks & Minifigs this one has the best in terms of both staff and abundance in their inventory. The sets they offer are reasonably priced and well maintained. To mention some of the sets I’ve gotten in terms of quality I have no complaints nor do I have with the price. Also they do support custom sets that look better than the originals, such as a Lego Tie interceptor that I recently purchased-which looks much better than Lego has licensed in its modern version- and I wouldn’t have had it in my display if not for this store. So if you love collecting Lego sets that aren’t currently in circulation or if you prefer to relive the early days of your childhood with just getting a set, then you should consider stopping by. Love this place! When you first walk in there are tables with loose bricks that you can buy in bulk. There's a mini-fig table for building your own mini-figs - $5/mini-fig. There's a large selection of pre-built mini-figs. Lots of cool box sets and lots of cool pre-built collectible sets. You can also trade-in or sell Legos you don't want anymore! I was expecting "boutique" prices but everything I checked matched or beat Amazon! The employees we encountered were friendly and helpful and the store was clean and well laid out.
