managament at this location made shopping there on mothers day a pretty unpleasant time. i legitimately waited over an hour to buy a simple charm. i arrived to the store when they opened at 11 am. did not notice the girl walking around with a clipboard to add people to a list to be assisted until 20 minutes later (nor did she ever greet or approach me). by this time a half dozen other parties arrived in the meantime. i am added towards the bottom of this list. i wait another FORTY FIVE MINUTES to be rung up despite informing clipboard girl i know exactly what i want i dont really need assistance just someone to take my money. they had 2 girls open (+ clipboard girl) another girl clocked in at 12. and i believe another was coming in at 1? this is pretty poor scheduling. the popularity of their tacky pandora bracelets that suburban mothers for some reason adore was never taken into consideration and it was wayyy too understaffed which left lots of people late and agitated. sure, i acknowledge im a jackass for shopping last minute but pandora did nothing to ease...

My pet peeve is customer service. It is helpful if friendly, outgoing, staff that actually speak to customers, are hired. If I ask "do you carry this item in the store?" (my bracelet was purchased by my daughter online) it would be nice to receive some type of verbal acknowledgement that I asked a question. "I'm not sure. Let me check" would have been acceptable. Please hire sales people that have people skills.
I also don't expect staff that look like they were dancing on a pole or standing on a street corner before they came to work. Knee high velvet boots and a half shirt?
The quality of your staff fits with the quality of the merchandise. Cheap!!! My bracelet broke that night.

   Read moreOur recent visit to Pandora was overshadowed by the incredibly rude and unhelpful attitude of the manager, Molly. This is the first time we've faced issues here. We were given incorrect information about a ring exchange for a smaller size on a prior visit which is where everything had begun.
Our previous visit was a much more enjoyable experience. We were greeted upon entering and dealt with Rebecca. Unfortunately the store manager Molly has ruined that outlook.
Molly's complete lack of empathy and disrespect is unacceptable, and it's a shame to see such a decline in customer service, especially from a manager. Regrettably, we won't be purchasing from this particular Pandora store again.
