I had ordered a bracelet online and the diamond wasn’t in the bracelet so I went to this store and the employee Katie rudely introduced herself to me, I explained to her that the diamond wasn’t in the bracelet when I opened the box and I just got it same day and she told me that they couldn’t put the diamond in the bracelet because I didn’t have a warranty ( I ordered the bracelet 2/5/23 and today is 2/8/23) She said I could either replace with with a new one in store or have a new one ordered but the new one wouldn’t arrive in time for when I needed it, she shows me bracelets that are $200 more than the one that I ordered and after I told her that I didn’t like the ones that she showed she ended up dropping both jewelry boxes and losing the diamond that was supposed to go back into the bracelet and told me “oh you don’t need that” when I tried to pick it up. She also kept telling me I should’ve came in store and both there rather than ordering online but when I was ordering it they didn’t have it in store which is why I ordered online.

So now I have to drive 30 minutes to the country slide location just to get a replacement bracelet.

My wife and I ordered a diamond bridal set and it arrived just as quick as they said it would. We went to the Tyrone Square Mall location where it was shipped to and sat down with our jeweler and salesman Grover. We love the ring that came in, but decided on a bigger diamond bridal set. Grover was more than happy to show us a few more pieces. After looking at two bridal sets, we decided on the second set. Grover helped us save a tremendous amount of money by showing us the best savings offer. I just cannot say enough about how tremendous a job Grover did in guiding us through the entire process. This guy really knows his business and knows his numbers. I would consider it an honor to have him aboard my staff.
