Doc and Pie's Arcade Factory — Local services in Saint Petersburg

This company and their products and customer service is absolutely fantastic! I purchased the 60 in 1 bartop arcade, the 412 in 1 bartop arcade & the 516 in one bartop arcade. All 3 arcades are wonderful. I also have full sized arcade machines, these bartop arcade machines have the exact same game quality as found on some of my full sized machines, but with many games on one machine instead of just 1 game.

A mix up happened in at the warehouse, they sent me a 412 in 1 board arcade instead of a 60 in 1. So they sent me the correct game board for free & let me keep the wrong one they sent. Also, my Galaga machine was damaged in transit and defective, they sent me a replacement arcade, before they even received the defective one back. And finally, my 3rd machine was received with a little cosmetic damage, due to FedEx being rough with the package. Doc & Pie are sending me a $100 check for the cosmetic damage on the machine. (Not their fault, totally FedEx fault for being rough with the package.)

The arcade machines are wonderful, you’ll have a blast from the past with their arcades. If you ever have any troubles or questions at all, they will make the matter right, and their technician will walk you through any problems you may have. In todays age of time, 5 star customer service is almost non existent, but with Doc & Pie, its 5/5 stars all the way. Quality products, quality customer service & know that you’ll be taken care of for the life of your arcades. Thank you for the wonderful experience Doc & Pie!!

Bought the Ms Pac Man table top machine with 60 games on it. After about 3 years or so, I had an issue with it randomly going into power save mode, and I wasn’t able to play any of the games. I called Doc and Pie’s, spoke to Julie, aka Jammin’ Jewels. Extremely nice and very helpful. She said that even though my machine was out of warranty, their customer service exists for as long as I have it. She put me in touch with a repair tech, Sam. Again, extremely nice and helpful. Sam talked to me on the phone trying to troubleshoot the issue. When nothing worked, Sam told me he would send out a replacement power supply. He said Julie would discuss pricing with me, and he transferred me back to her. The part I needed was only $20, not expensive at all. Julie said she would send the part out that day, and 3 days later it was delivered. I’m not the smartest guy, but I looked at it and figured it couldn’t be that difficult to swap out. Once I got it done, the machine works like brand new. Doc and Pie’s is a company that stands behind their products, and if something isn’t working, they will talk to you as long as needed to try to solve the issue. Pros *Donkey Kong QBert *19” screen When these are your only pros it’s definitely not worth the purchase

Cons *Volume not accessible unless you open up the machine in the rear *Can’t leave it on because it starts to switch games by itself which is an annoying clicking noise. I leave all the rest of my Arcade 1up games on so I think this bothers me more than anything *The stickers are horrible so I’m having it rewrapped *Price point is too high and even with all the games on it it’s not worth it. It’s basically like I modded it myself the screen comes on with words sideways. I just wish someone had put up a review for me to think twice about this purchase. I wish I had ordered from Amazon or Wayfair because I would definitely be returning. Docs and Pies don’t seem to be offering refunds so if you take a chance with this unit please don’t order from Doc and Pies direct website
