Bought an âexcellentâ condition Mac that was supposed to come with all original packaging and accessories. When I arrived for pick up it was just tapped altogether kinda hap-hazard like. When my wife and I explained the situation, Lexx told us we could only return it if we wanted. We explained that I need the computer asap for work since my last one broke, she was unpleasant and unhelpful. She told us it was BestBuys problem and that weâd have to call customer service. After realizing she was not going to be any help at all we asked if they could at least give us a different box since it was literally raining outside and the computer would obviously get damaged. The best she could do for us was a literal trash bag. After getting home and being on hold for over an hour and being transferred 3 times they told us the store location shouldâve provided a discount for the mishap and there was absolutely nothing they could do. I absolutely hate when companies do the âback and forthâ method to burn out customers and make them give up. Best Buy, and specifically Lexx at this location were dishonest and unhelpful during the entirety of the process. Just do what you say youâre going to do, thatâs all we asked. A simple $20 off the total price wouldâve made me happy personally, because I understand sometimes things just get lost or whatever- but they did jack squat to rectify the situation.    Read moreMy washing machine recently quit spinning and i scheduled service with geek squad. The day that geek squad was schedule we also had roofers replacing the entire roof (plywood and shingles). The room that the washer was located in just so happen to be in the process of having wood reinstalled so it did not at that moment have a roof but did have roof reinstalled within a few hours. Because i was unlucky enough that the roofer where working that section when the tech showed up geek squads "field marshall" desided to void my warranty because of the "condition" of the room that housed it. The roof was literally off for a few hours and my washer has never been outside in the weather, thats like saying moving your washer from a truck to your house voids the warranty because there was no roof over it. Geek squad ultimately told me im on my own and there was nothing they could do. How the roof being replaced has anything to do with why my washer stopped spinning is beyond me. Very disappointed that geek squad is the type of company that looks for any reason to get out of warranty issues, i thought you guys acually cared about your customers.    Read moreThe final straw with this squad! We ordered a new electric range over 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems with delivery. My husband and I have taken off work 4 different days now and have waited around to have either no one show up or (my personal favorite) the installation team show up... WITH NO RANGE TO INSTALL. Each time we've called customer care, they apologize and say when is the next best time to deliver? We've been available for them, how come they cannot find a way to be available to us? When we don't go to work, we loose money... they've cost us more than just our time and they don't seem to care at all. Now today, they were scheduled from 9am-1pm, my husband is home waiting and at 12PM we get a call saying they're running late and will be there more around 2PM.
