My girlfriend and I went in and purchased a bed. Mary Jane sold us the bed. We were told that we had 100 days to try the bed and if we didn't like it we could return it "at no charge". Well, the bed doesn't work for us. We were sent a foam pad for the top of the bed and were still not happy with the bed. We called today to arrange pickup of the bed and were told that our refund was $500 less than we paid. The CSR very rudely informed my girlfriend that, "She should have read the fine print". I find that to be extremely rude and more so a deceiving business practice. Seems rather unethical to me. Yet what do I know. I've only been in the Retail Sales Industry for 26yrs. My previous review still stands...Yet I feel as if I got hustled and I did. Unfortunate experience with Sleep Number and come to find out, it's currently happening with two other couples in our group of friends... Let me end this rant by saying that I am not unhappy with the Sleep Number product, only the unethical and underwhelming lack of explanation of the 100 day Trial of the product and more importantly the flippant, unintelligible CSR rep my girlfriend had to endure this evening. Hopefully this will alert other consumers with their bedding purchase. It's not a home mortgage or a lease contract. Yet treat it...

Gareth was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all of the beds. One of the most professional salesman Iāve met around here. Highly recommend Gareth located at the Sleep Number store in St. Pete. Only two recommendations for a better experience: Having the mattress cover on site to take home or shipping the mattress cover before the bed delivers as I was so worried to sleep on a $5K bed without a mattress protector for one night before it finally arrived. Also wouldāve liked to given my co-worker the referral points since he was the one who recommended the bed to us. However, the referral was overlooked until after the sale but I am going to contact Customer Service now to give my buddy the referral credit. PS we ended up with the climate cool regular sized mattress and are on night 10. Still trying to figure out the right number but trying! Also bought a pillow but may have to exchange it because my neck has been kinked since getting the new pillow with the new mattress. All in all- A quick pleasant...

Having a member of the family that had one and a neighbor who had one we went to Sleep Number first. We met with Mary Jane at the Sleep Number store who spent a lot of time explaining the system and had us try different beds. Then we each found our sleep number. My wife 25 and 60 for me. We received our quote, and without any sales pressure, we left to search other possibilities. We went to Mattress Firm and received similar attention from their salesman. He was very convincing however, both my wife and I agreed after trying various mattresses that Sleep Number was the preferred choice. It took a week but I finally placed the order. The only draw back which delayed our decision was having to wait 3 months to get the bed. In the end we decided to wait. Can't wait to...
