Mattress Firm Crossroads — Hotel in Saint Petersburg

I recently visited your tyrone store location in St. Petersburg, Florida for a new mattress and was introduced to one of the best store associates I've personally ever met. Ms. Taylor Nunez was very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't even flinch when I mentioned that we wanted to be left alone to wonder for a bit. At which point she informed me that napping hours were from open to close. Over all Taylor left us with a really good impression of your brand if this is the caliber of employee you have. Her impersonal skills made us feel we were dealing with someone who cared and genuinely wanted to help. Not the fake smiles and head shaking sale's approach. Once we chose a mattress, she walked us thru the process and we finalized the deal. After SHE found us the best possible price I might add.On the day of delivery, there was a small hiccup, but once again have no fear here's Taylor to the rescue. I contacted the store, spoke with Taylor and within minutes was put in contact with the delivery driver. At which point Taylor called ME BACK to confirm delivery and informed me that my delivery fee was being reimbursed. Now that just speaks volumes in itself. So when the time comes to get a New mattress for the kids bed, I know where I'm going. Thanks again...

We recently moved here & needed mattresses for our new home. By chance one day we stopped in this Mattress firm store & was completely blown away by how great the store manager Evan Brown is. We have been dealing for years with many services, stores, etc. & nothing compares how dedicated Evan is to making sure everything goes smoothly. He explained the difference between a few brands & after our purchase we were very satisfied. Since I have a medica illness, comfort is my priority. We bought headboards through mattress firm online & there was a slight issue in assembling them. Evan even came to our home to understand what the problem was & tried himself to correct it. He scheduled a new date for the installation & even called when he saw there was an earlier appointment. We highly recommend Evan & this Mattress Firm store. We have other friends moving here & told them about this store & how great Evan & his staff are. We still have another room that needs a mattress & we are heading right to this store! We bought a mattress at the beginning of the year from this Mattress Firm, and we weren't happy with it. The mattress was supposed to have softened up, but it didn't. We had had the mattress for 4 months, and Mattress Firm has a 120 day period where you can exchange your mattress if you're not happy with it. I had hoped that we were still in that 120 day period, so I contacted Mattress Firm via text message, and the manager, John, had responded before opening hours. He let me know that the 120 day period had just expired but also let me know if we came up to the store in the next 2 days, he would see what he could do. My wife and I jumped in the car within minutes and went there. We met John, and he had us look at other mattresses, and we found one that we really wanted. John performed the exchange within a few minutes and we were out the door. What a sigh of relief! We keep mattresses for about 10 years, and I would have hated to have been stuck with the hard mattress for a decade.
