I would like all of my money back and some type of credit on my account! This was hands down the worst fast food experience I have ever had. From the very start it was bad. We ordered our food online and got to the restaurant 15-20mins later and they had not started our order with only 1 car in the parking lot. So we had to wait another 15mins for them to put our order together. We were charged $3 extra for a cup of water while we waited, ($20 in all) when we got the food we were missing our fries & drink. The fries we did get were Hard & Cold. The burgers we received were also cold, we ordered extra tomatoes, bacon, cheese and an extra patty which we were charged for all of it but none of it came with the food. And lastly to top it all off i had a hair in my drink that was hanging out of the cup. None of the employees wore mask and a few of them didn't seem coherent while the rest yelled at each other. Read moreI would give this location zero stars if possible. First, I paid for delivery through the app, which was then cancelled after waiting 30 minutes. We then drove to the location, lights are on, cars in the parking lot, we could see people in the kitchen while pulling up to the drive through, but sat at the menu for 10 minutes. No one answered. We pulled up to the window and no one was in the kitchen. We then left, and called this specific location, and was hung up on. After calling twice more, a woman finally answered rudely and goes “hello?!”. I said, are you open? To which she replied, we close at 10. It was around 11:22pm at this point. I shared that the website said they closed at 1, to which she replied “oh well we technically close at 11.” I just hung up, not worth it.
