I broke the glass cooktop of my Samsung range and decided to replace the entire unit. I’m a caterer, and have always cooked with gas. But the cost of bringing gas into my home was prohibitive. I didn’t want another glass cooktop, but several salespeople told me that coil burners were outdated and hard to find. I researched appliance stores, and started with GP USed Appliances because they had the best reviews. It’s easy to see why. I explained to Gregg what I wanted. He suggested an induction convection range. I had never heard of induction, and he explained how it worked, and the similarities to convection. The only problem was that they don’t sell them, so of course the next step was a big box store. Gregg was not only honest enough to give up the sale, he educated me about a choice I didn’t know I had. I’m off to the big box guys, but not without gratitude to Gregg. I wish I could have given them the business and bought my range from them, and highly recommend them for the excellent sales service...

Read moreI needed a hard to find 20" electric stove (mine died after 22 years) and found GP Appliance on Google. This size costs more than standard size, nearly double for brand new. I can't afford it on social security. Many stores I called were rude, impatient. But GP guys were so nice. They even offered a very reasonable delivery charge (about half of competitors). They made an old lady very happy today! This stove is like brand new, excellent. And even a warranty....
