I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Emily. I did both a brow and lip blush service in March 2023, and the work still looks incredible at the time of this review, (July 2024). I traveled a long distance to work with her after following her work on IG for over a year. This was the best decision I ever made. Before the services, I wore very little makeup, but always filled in my brows and lined my lips. With age, my lips were losing pigmentation, and my brows are thinning more than I’m ready for. After the services, I don’t wear ANY makeup anymore in my regular daily life. This little enhancement has given me so much comfort and confidence. My husband is also SUPER against cosmetic modification like excessive makeup/fillers/botox/ANYTHING, but he LOVES these results. Emily’s goal is ALWAYS to make her client look natural, and she absolutely nailed it for me.

She took so much time the day of the service to measure and outline and make sure everything was even and perfect, and talked through EVERYTHING with me. I didn’t even really know what I wanted for my lips, and she tested things and helped me choose a lip shade that worked well with my skin tone, and I’m so so pleased with what she did. I will certainly return to freshen this up when it needs it, though after 16 months it still looks great so I’m not even sure when I’ll need it.

I have to admit I’m not the best client either… I forgot my care kit in her office before my long travel day home, and then I also didn’t return for my touch-up appointment either. Despite all that, her work still looks incredible. The pain was minimal (“spicy” is the word she used for the lip… it was accurate) and her attitude and humor really made the time pass quickly. At no point was I uncomfortable.

Let me start off by saying WOW! Emily exceeded all of my expectations, and more. I have wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed for quite some time now, but was hesitant because I was nervous of the pain & the eyebrows not coming out with a “natural look” Emily was patient when explaining the process to me before, she also didn’t add any pressure when I took a few months before booking my appointment. She made me feel so comfortable with my decision. She asked me to pick out photos of eyebrows that I loved beforehand, so she could get an idea of what I was looking for. I loved how detailed and calculated she was. From the moment I entered the office she was amazing. She talked me through everything, explained herself throughly. I am known to be a perfectionist, so when I found out just how articulate Emily was about her work It made me even happier. She perfectly measured my eyebrows so they were identical to one another, then measured them multiple times with an app on her phone to make sure they were completely symmetrical. She took her time with every step. She even went out of her way to keep me numb the entire time, I literally felt no pain. She went out of her way to do everything to make my experience perfect, and the best part of all is the outcome! They healed within a week, I followed her detailed instructions on how to after care and used the products (she included) they lightened a little like she told me they would. Honestly where to begin... on the professional, PMU front, she’s simply the best! Her skill, talent, and eye for it all is off the charts! You understand right away you came to the right place; her studio is decorated adorably, cozy and most importantly a clean space. Organized and stocked. Perfect ambience. I was fortunate enough to experience her three day microblading training and a brow touchup. I cannot say enough great things about the training. I left each day feeling so knowledgeable. It was not rushed, small group of five… So it felt personal and all questions could be answered. The breakdown of steps was organized, all set at a great, educational, but not sterile tone and pace. She’s professional but oh so personable, making the whole experience beyond enjoyable. I was in shock with how stocked with supplies she sets you up with. Blades, pigments, stencils and more all in a great big reusable bag. My touchup was flawless. Her perfectionism is appreciated and her thorough aftercare makes you feel so taken care of. As busy and sought after as she is she lets you know she’s only a text away. As if training and supporting women, while completely nailing every client’s work isn’t enough, she is also fighting the city for the whole industry.
